My favourite dumbbells
Customer service was excellent. And the CPU dumbbells are fantastic for home - the grips are great, they don't smell and they don't mark the floor.

Communication with them was amazing
Communication with them was amazing. Granted, they are costly but their products aren't expensive. Did a lot of research and Verve always came up on top. Most importantly, people I admired and respected swears by Verve. If you're going to spend your money, spend it on something you'll use long term and will hold its value over a long time. Lastly, their after sales support is spectacular. Didn't expect it to be that great, but it is. Buying Verve was one of the wisest decisions I've made.

I turned up at the warehouse to find the office staff were at a conference. I explained we had driven a long way to look at the rowing machine with the intention of buying it and taking it home with us.
The very friendly and helpful warehouse staff member took us into the show room to have a look and try it out. He then made a call to see if the sale could be made over the phone. The extremely helpful sales person did everything over the phone so that I could take the rowing machine home with me.
Now that’s what I call customer service. Awesome!!!!!👍

Delivered my sauna to the wrong…
Delivered my sauna to the wrong address, even after i asked them to update it and they confirmed multiple times they had updated it to the new one. Haven't been able to get a repones out of 3 different email address. I now have to organize to pickup the sauna from the depot because TNT has confirmed it still has the wrong address on it, even though i payed for delivery to my home. Worst customer service i have ever used, will not buy from them again

As mentioned, this issue stemmed from a communication breakdown among our freight provider. While they are a third-party service, we take full ownership of your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused.
We’re pleased to know that your sauna has been delivered to the correct address, and we’ve since put measures in place with our freight partner to prevent this from happening again.
We’ve made several attempts to contact you by phone and email to check in, but haven’t yet been able to reach you. We’d still love the opportunity to confirm that everything with your sauna is now in order and that you’re fully looked after.
Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to making sure it ends on a positive note.

Great quality and customer service
