Order and Deliveries are quick and efficient.
However returning an item is horrendous. I chose item to be collected from my home, left my parcel in porch for collection. Wasn't collected on chosen day. After many phone calls to customer service - them promising other dates for collection- still none. Eventually phoned once more and requested they send me a label so I can take parcel myself to post office. Very inefficient returns - shouldn't have the option to collect from home - not a service at all.

No delivery date when purchasing items on the 4th September. When I got the order confirmation the estimated delivery for the 17th September so I cancelled my order on the 5th and received a cancellation email. The item was still sent 4 days later, I have to call back customer service when I finally get a tracking number from A Post to have it redirected back to supplier. A lot of unnecessarily hassle. I’m sure the items are very nice but the delivery would have taken too long and I wouldn’t have ordered these item if the estimated delivery date was displayed on purchase. This should be added to help customers make an informed decision.

I have just spoken to Vert Agent Thami,as I have serious issue with my account and this is my first order from Very, I won’t go into the details of what has happened but I spoke with Thami as I have said and cannot praise him enough, he was very professional, kind, friendly, courteous and understanding, he listened to what has happened as started dealing with the issues straight away while I was on the phone to him, and will be calling me back in the next 24/48 hours with an update for me, Thami was very caring because I am worried about this issue and he was very supportive to me which I greatly appreciated, thank you so much Thami ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a I pad and when it arrived all it came in was a plastic delivery pocket I’d expect something of such value to atleast be wrapped in bubble wrap or even have a fragile sticker bit none and there was also dents in the box due to careless shipping percussions

Delivery swift and jeans are really nice. Denim has a soft feel and nice shade of blue. Would recommend it

Absolutely terrible people, they do not care whatsoever about the customers needs and they will make promises and completely ignore you. It took over 5 months for two beds to arrive and only one came and I have requested return over a month ago, still no response or refund, and they will NEVER Call you back you always have to reach out to them about their mistakes, I have been living in Ireland for over 18 years but I have NEVER SEEN A company like this, please don't buy from them or you will face same I have faced.

Love the wide variety of goods available online and I also love the credit facilities to buy now pay later.
