From start to finish the service was excellent. All questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. The two lads who did the removal were lovely and we were very impressed with their attitude and efficiency. We will definitely use Very Clear again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I used very clear services today and on the morning I got a txt message advising of time window the team would be coming, the team were on time and witjin the tome window stated in the morning, they were quick and efficient and got on with it. Faultless service
Having had difficulty in making contact with the local Council I needed to use a private company to dispose of a double mattress and bed base.
With VeryClear you get a quote straight away, and I was offered a collection date for a few days after initial contact.
On the collection day they gave a 2 hour slot, which they stuck to. They were happy to take the waste from our garage (the Council insists waste is left on the boundary - not easy if you are old or disabled!). Very Clear were professional, well-organised and friendly. Cost was a little lower than other similar companies. I would recommend them and would use them again in similar circumstances.

Great service! Quick, efficient and amazing value!
Enquired on saturday and got a call back to arrange collection within an hour of my initial enquiry. Booked in for collection the following wednesday! Which is a lot quicker then some other removal services. Got a text on the day with a 2 hour window of when they will be coming. Even text to say they were 15 minutes away (as requested by me). And great price compared to other removal companies. 10/10 experience. No payment taken until job is complete too! Would use again and highly recommend!

Very professional from my initial enquiry through to the collection of my sofa and footstool. I had a prompt response from my email enquiry, I requested certain dates of which they accommodated at the earliest of my dates. I received detailed costs of each item and payment wasn't required until the collection of the furniture had been completed. Various options for payment available. I was informed on the morning of scheduled collection a 2hr time slot of which the Team adhered too. It wasn't an easy job to get the sofa out of the house, but the guys worked at it and achieved getting it out the house. Well done guys. I would certainly use this company again, and would definitely recommend them. Give them a call in the first instance if you are looking for such a service.
