Animal Health Check Avis 

Natasha was outstanding throughout my Frenchie’s surgery journey. Her communication before the operation was exceptional and because my boy is such an anxious traveller, she even arranged a video consultation to spare him the stress. When I met her after the surgery, she was just as warm, calm and supportive as she’d been all along. She made a genuinely stressful time feel manageable, and her kindness meant everything.

I couldn’t recommend her more, she’s an absolute star.

The guy I think his name was Enrique he was very kind we got a free boas assessment 2 months ago and decided that she might need surgery. Last month we got Kayla surgery done and so many people say they not as nosy anymore and is like a different dog as they can’t hear her breathing anymore! We now booking her in to look at her leg and it was so simple to get her booked in! I did have to reschedule this appointment so I called and someone picked up right away and even on a Sunday when they supposed to not take calls they still made time to help me reschedule. The staff are very knowledgable and kind and patience. I would recommend everyone to get there dog checked out it’s free and the vet we going to is only a 15 minute drive from us!

Great experience, fast booking and great communication. The bet was fantastic when doing my pugs BOAS check, and he was honest and didn’t try to do the thing vets usually do and say they need something when they don’t. No surgery needed, just a diet for my chunky girl

I attended this clinic coming in from Glasgow, me and my pet have been attending the pdsa, as great as they are I just felt something was missing in her diagnosis, after just 20 minutes with Gary I had answers !!! We have been dealing with an ongoing ear problem for about 2 years now. Gary prescribed me the right medication and gave me some In sight to what was actually happening within the ear ! Absolutely fabulous clinic and thanks again ! From nala a 5 Yr old rottie who's on the mend x

Booked breathing test for my dog. Everything went very smoothly. Friendly team that kept checking if everything going as planned. I would recommend it to anyone.

Did not get an appointment as the booking system let me book a date that was not available.
However the main team of vet leads (Daniel) followed up and tried to help get me another appointment. Unfortunately the dates available were not suitable for my schedule so I requested the refund of my deposit which was recieved. I found it was too persistent with messages especially at a time of being busy at work, however on the flip side, it reminded me to chase for the refund and now leave a review. Hard to give. A fair review of vet visit as I didnt get one, but this third party system are certainly in touch... a lot...

I had a great experience with Animal Health Check. The team were organised, efficient, and very friendly. Booking and rescheduling were seamless, and the follow-up calls and texts were really helpful in making sure I didn’t miss my appointment.

Would highly recommend this veterinary practice Gary the vet had a lovely calm manner was very thorough. My girl had an ear infection they were able to offer in house swab to treat the condition appropriately with the right medication. Fully recovery made no further ear issues. One happy dog and owner.

This was so great the veterinary was excellent and on point with the expertise in place. Thank you team.

He took the time to explain the whole process clearly, which really put my mind at ease. Instead of rushing me into booking unnecessarily, he helped me understand that my dog didn’t actually need to be seen at this stage, which I really appreciated.
Ricky was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s so reassuring to speak to someone who cares about both the dogs and the owners. Excellent service and fantastic communication. thank you again!

I would gladly recommend animal health check/go vets .they were wonderful from reception girls to the vet himself. They all put at ease I was so worried about milo .and I feel so much confident now .they are amazing anyone who has pets I can honestly recommend them.thank you all so much once again

We had a FREE health check for our chow chow, the vet was very attentive and helpful he checked her heart eyes feet bones & tummy over,
He also found an issue with a cut which wasn’t healing so it was treated with a cream which has helped a lot and is now healed, I have been using this vets for years and I do not have a bad word to say about them the staff are amazing and so helpful and so is the vet team very impressed

Booked the free MOT service for my dog and they did a great job. Looked at everything for my dog’s health and listened to my concerns about my pup and got them sorted straight away. Would definitely go back again for any further concerns!
