I am in the same boat as many others. Ordered n paid for one tube and they took money for 4 more. Immediate response to say been packaged n on its way. This company is a complete scam n needs closing down.

The site is deliberately mis leading leading you to order extra product. Like other comments mention you cannot cancel as they say the product is despatched - blatantly untrue.

Vexclean VC Mould Remover gel ! VC are you mad ! £9 for a small tube its £2-3 pounds a tube on Amazon etc Shien Aliexpress , = VC RIP OFF ! YOUR VIDEO IS A PILE OF LIES LIES so you can sell LYING this vastly OVERPRICED SMALL product _ make a story thats a work of fiction, RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC ! ~ lies lies lies scam scam scam ! lies lies lies...vile Vexclean.

Followed instructions ...left for 5 minutes. .. noted whitening on aluminium shower frame ... end result frame now permanently marked showing white which I suspect is ali oxide (rust) ..Damage aside it does NOT lift anything but very light mould which I can remove with standard cleaners and hot water.
NB there are no details of manufacturer nor contact details on the packaging nor tubes. I was conned paying over £100 for 8 tubes, each of which barely did a run of 2.5 meters. Now not prepared to risk the 7 tubes I have left.

DO not BUY.

Having subsequently read other earlier reviews, I can attest to the con eliminate, in that the reason I have 8 tubes is that I ordered the 4 'special offer' but ended up having another 4 mysteriously added at 'full price'.
Delivery was dangerously very lengthy and not the promised short term offered.

Cannot caution future buyers much more than this !!

Now waiting 2 months for despatch. Customer service dreadful, in fact some of the worst I have ever experienced.Want refund, they say it is too late as product has despatched, when in fat tracking software says (even after 2 months) only the order has been processed, so they are basically blatently lying. I dont need the product anymore so I want my money back. I am starting to think the legal route is the only one they will understand.
NB: Trustpilot need to check out this company asd they are stating on their website they have 4.7 Trustpilot rating and 1000 reviews, when in fact it is 1.7 (and even that is too high)and only 18 reviews.

I am not commenting on the product but the systems and procures adopted by the company. They are at the kindest woefully poor. They are extremely unhelpul and the replies one gets from so called "Customer Support" are totally inadequate. They simply don't read your email and deal with the issues raised. In my experience they are incompetant and mendacious.

Hatte aus Versehen zu viel bestellt und wollte es wieder zurückschicken…. Nach Wochenlangen E-Mails von mir, wurde mir keine Adresse zum Zurückschicken gesendet. Es kamen nur Standardisierte Antworten in Englisch, die nichts mit der Frage zu tun hatten…. Außerdem hat das Produkt nicht gewirkt.

I made an order in error, thinking I was only ordering 1 tube but when they sent order received conformation I had ordered 4x totaling £69 I was shocked and cancelled straight away, they sent me email to say they are refunding me, but then got email to say it was too late they had already packed so can't cancel, I will try and get my money back through PayPal, DO NOT USE THIS SITE I wish I had read reviews before I ordered

Same experience as many others. The product £48 for a couple of tubes of silicone mould remover claiming nano technology. The label stated that the product contained simply hypochlorite a mild bleach. Something you can buy in any old store for pence. I got caught with the warranty (for what?) too.

Order did not arrive after 10 days and still waiting. A scam. Beware ! Customer support is none existence. No replies, nothing. Even call their number, no one picks up. Will be raising a chargeback.

Ich wollte nur eine Tube bestellen weil Wundermittel normal nicht existieren. Durch die Webseiten Mechanik bin ich bei vier Tuben gelandet. Zum Glück konnte ich bei PayPal gleich stornieren und bekam Geld zurück. Gehört wieder das Zeug trotzdem, wohl aus Versehen. Wie hast schon erwartet ist alles nur Humbug. Über Nacht einwirken ohne Erfolg. War und Alkohol reinigt besser. Die Toiletten Schaum Zugabe taugt auch nichts. Werde schäumt es noch weiter was gereinigt.

Nothing went wrong I didn’t even buy it in fact I found their website and it said that it was rated 4.7 stars but it didn’t show any reviews from anyone so I googled VexClean reviews and it said it was rated two stars. There was eleven reviews in total all saying the same thing! Saying 4.7 stars on your website when it’s actually 2.0 it’s unbelievable personally this is why I think you can leave reviews so u don’t get scammed by fraud! UNBELIEVABLE!!

i never placed an order ( i considered purchasing 1 item) and then was sent an email to say i was purchasing 5 items and they are charging me hundreds of pounds. i have warned my bank about the fraudulent activity. - within minutes of receiving the confirmation i wrote to customer services but they said it was too late and offered 'extended warranty' please be carefully when looking at the company website

Ich habe zwei Stück bestellt,geliefert wurden 4 zu einem Fantasiepreis von 70 Euro.
Das mittel wurde gleich probiert,null Wirkung außer ein beißender chlorgeruch.keine Spur von nanotech,einfach nur giftiges Chlor.
Ich verlange mein Geld zurück!!!!

Total fraudulent, order not confirmed vexclean took my money then as a sweetener l was offered extra warranty.
Thankfully l used Paypal who have now fully refunded.

Having placed one order with vexclean their system generated a further 3 separate orders and took payment. When I complained they refunded one of the three payments only. Vexclean are a fraud - please avoid them!!

Fishing! Bin leider drauf reingefallen. Wollte für 15 Euro bestellen und 100 wurden über Paypal abgebucht. Beim Versuch das Ganze zu stoppen wurden immer mehr Produkte hinzugefügt. Stornierung war erfolglos.
Hier handelt es sich um Betrug.

I responded to an offer of a mould cleaner which was advertised for at a claimed "reduction" of 50 % for 2 tubes.
It gave the original price of £71.96 (crossed out) with the new price (in bold) of £17.99 (and in very small) "each" implying, at a glance, a much greater reduction. So the total price should have been £35.98.

I was then asked to give my bank or PayPal details and address, and scrolling down there was a large "Complete Order" button.

Only if I continued to scroll down did I see that they were in fact going to charge me an additional £5.99 for "Warranty" and £5.90 for shipping, total £47.87 i.e. £11.89 (33%) more than I had been told when I was offered the "Complete Order" button.

I did not proceed with the order as I felt this was deliberately deceptive and dishonest. Many people who did not check carefully would think they were giong to be charged the headline price of £17.99 and get a nasty shock when they found £47.87, (over 2½ times as much) leaving their bank account.

At the very least, the "warranty" charge was absolutely unjustified.

If you had an option if less than 1 star i would have opted for that. Absolutely appaling customer service. I was scammed from the start. I didn't authorise for things i was charged. I have emailed numeroys times and have the same generated reply back. I still haven't been told how to retun item and get a refund. I am so angry with them. Disgusting!

I would give them no stars if this was possible and will avoid this company like the plague. They stated on their website that their product was "in stock and ready to ship" and also promised "fast shipping". After receiving an immediate confirmation email which stated (among other things) that I would receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information within 24 hours I then heard nothing further and finally (12 days later after numerous frustrating email and telephone exchanges) they finally told me that the item was out of stock and gave me my money back. I'm not convinced that the product ever even existed. This is not an ethical company
