Para revisar tu caso de forma correcta, por favor envíanos por mensaje directo tu ID de cuenta, correo registrado, fechas y montos de los retiros denegados y, si puedes, capturas del mensaje de rechazo. Con esa información nuestro equipo puede validar el motivo exacto y darte una solución.
También te pedimos que verifiques:
que tu KYC/Verificación esté completada,
que el método de retiro sea el mismo del depósito (cuando aplique),
y que no haya algún requerimiento pendiente en tu perfil.
En VEXPRO los retiros rechazados siempre tienen una razón específica y se pueden aclarar revisando el caso. Escríbenos por el canal oficial de soporte/Live Chat y coloca en el asunto: “URGENTE – Retiros denegados” para priorizarlo.

Funds withheld, no response, clear warning signs
This is an update to my previous review.
After depositing funds and trading, my account was blocked immediately following a withdrawal request. VEXPRO later alleged “HFT activity” and “policy violations” without providing any evidence, documentation, or specific clause references.
I made a clear and formal request solely for the release of my funds, explicitly stating that I was not seeking account reinstatement or further discussion. They have now gone completely silent for days, with no response and no withdrawal processed.
At this point:
• Account remains blocked
• Funds remain withheld
• No proof of wrongdoing has been provided
• No communication despite repeated formal requests
From my experience, this behavior is consistent with brokers that do not intend to return client funds. A legitimate, regulated broker does not block access after a withdrawal request and then ignore the client.
I strongly advise traders to exercise extreme caution. Based on how this situation has been handled, I do not trust this broker with client money.
UPDATE 02/02/2026:
Your reply again avoids the only relevant issue: the release of my funds.
You continue to make generic claims about “non-permitted trading” while providing zero evidence, no transaction data, no clause references, and no justification for withholding my balance. Repeating that I am “aware” of wrongdoing does not make it true.
I have already contacted you through official channels and made it explicitly clear that I am not disputing account status—I am requesting payment of my funds. A broker cannot indefinitely withhold client money based solely on internal allegations.
A legitimate, regulated broker resolves such matters transparently and does not rely on copy-paste public replies while remaining silent privately.
Until my funds are released, this review stands as an accurate account of my experience.

To be completely clear:
1. Your account was suspended because you used an operating method/trading system that is explicitly not permitted under our Terms of Use.
2. As per our policies, this triggers an account suspension and the removal of profits generated under prohibited activity.
3. Your initial balance (deposit) has been left available for withdrawal, and this was also communicated to you in writing.
Additionally, we have observed that you have posted similar accusations against other brokers, which indicates a pattern of attempting to apply public pressure after engaging in trading methods that are prohibited across the market.
At this stage, you still have your initial balance available, and you may proceed to withdraw it. The account restrictions were applied in line with clearly stated policies, and the case was handled through the correct compliance process.
We also invite you to refrain from opening any future accounts with us, as your trading approach is not compatible with our risk and compliance framework.

I’ve been actively trading in the Forex…
I’ve been actively trading in the Forex market for 8 years, and honestly, VexPro offers the best trading conditions I’ve seen for XAUUSD and Forex in general. Their spreads are extremely tight, execution is excellent, and slippage is almost non-existent.
I’ve never experienced such solid trading conditions with other brokers.
On top of that, withdrawals are processed in less than 24 hours, and their customer support has been attentive and efficient at all times.
I truly hope they continue providing this level of service for many years to come.
