Misrepresented cardigerns as Iclandic wool. They were polyester. Trading in the UK but apparently not governed by UK trading legislation. Requested return immediately. Offered a % off the price and keep the products. I returned them at a cost of £29 international tracking to China. Still waiting for my money back. I have now involved Halifax/Lloyds.
Clothing arrived with no company label. Quality is poor. Items are shipped directly from a warehouse in China with no brand presence on the product itself.
The returns process is unnecessarily complicated. For what you pay, the experience does not hold up.
Would not recommend and will not be purchasing again.

I have been waiting since 26th January 2026 for jumpers I ordered and paid for. The site where I check for updates has been blocked by google and I cannot contact these people. It is now 23rd March 2026.
