Either a scam or just an incredibly poor service - ISSUES SINCE RESOLVED

The issues with non contact I had have been resolved and blamed on my emails not reaching the correct inbox. Anyway, since this time my order was completed promptly and in full. I can say that I am finally happy with the order being completed. My previous 1 star rating has been revised.
Unfortunately I should have paid more attention to the low number of reviews some of which ultimately share my same experience. Paid for and completed all the documentation, have been waiting well over a week with no contact or information on my application. Submitted 2 different emails to different addresses to seek out whether or not any further information was needed to progress my ASN registration and I've had no response from either so I can only presume at this point that I've paid for a service which is just not being worked on.
Now started chargeback process and will need to find a different provider.

Disappointing Experience with Via-Registry’s Service and Support
I recently purchased an ASN and IPv6 rental service from Via-Registry, and I have been thoroughly disappointed with both the service and their customer support. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding issues I’ve encountered, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and support has significantly impacted my usage of their services and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would advise potential customers to consider other providers who offer better customer support and reliability. As of now, I regret my decision to choose Via-Registry and feel let down by their professionalism. They are scamming by their website. Be careful Everyone!
