This company is totally a scam
This company is totally a scam. Booked a midlevel cruise cabin with a balcony and ended up at the bottom of the ship. Had same experience where charges were divided up between Holland American and viagemfares. Do not ever use this company. representative continued to call and tried to get more $800 sent and promised $1000 would be returned!!! Stay away.
Update on 9/23 - two weeks ago, received a call right away after posting this review. Was offered a refund via check if promised to remove this review since it "would hurt their business". Still waiting for check. Filing claim with Better Businsss Bureau and will continue posting this experience on the internet so that others are not taken advantage of in this way! Also since posting this review there have been a flurry of positive reviews that look suspicious. They all should be validated for their authenticity.

Viagemfares is associated with a company known for scams
Beware! looks like Viagemfares is associated with flightsassist. After a trip was finalized, Flightsassist demanded more money and has yet to reserve all the inclusions that were paid for. Research has shown they are a scam. When I received my credit card bill I discovered the charges were split into 3 charges. One of them was from Viagemfares which I had never heard of. Flightsassist has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, 1 star with Yelp and a negative review from Google. Since the domain name only has a 6 month expiration date and associated with an unscrupulous company, I would stay away.
