I purchased tickets from you for the opening of the World Cup in Mexico. The initial process was very simple, but when it came to interacting with the FIFA platform, I encountered multiple problems that prevented me from registering and, consequently, accessing my tickets. I had numerous interactions through your customer service chat, where they tried to help me, but to no avail. It wasn't until one of your service representatives, named Freddy, intervened directly. He took the time and patience to speak with me for several minutes, guiding me step by step and resolving the issues with the FIFA platform. Thanks to him, I was finally able to enjoy the experience. Viagogo is a very reliable company
Viagogo is a very reliable company. I need to confess that before my first purchase in 2023 I was afraid. Fortunately I went to a concert and had a great experience without any problem. Now I had sold 4 tickets in the platform and I hope everything goes well (expecting payment after the concerts I won't be able to attend in July). I had also bought a ticket in Mexico to see SOAD. Amazing experience!!! Thanks guys!!!!
