Do not buy from here, have paid express delivery have not received in time and I do not need them anymore as they were for a funeral and they will not let me return to get a refund

I ordered a backdrop wall hanging from vibe hoodie shop PAID a lot for Express post as I wanted it for my daycare NAIDOC WEEK Celebrations
Just to find out it DOES’NT come for nearly 3 WEEKS late , how is this express I thought a few days to a week not nearly a month later, so when it come at the END OF THE MONTH, it’s a waste it cost $150 So not cheap , if I knew at time of purchase I would NOT of bought it from this company, NOT HAPPY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS you are willing to wait a month for delivery and express post DO NOT PAY BECAUSE 3 plus weeks after purchase is NOT EXPRESS

My sister bought my son a football shirt from here. It was a normal T-shirt not a football jersey and it’s such an obvious fake that I don’t think I even want to give it to him. What a shame. I was a bit concerned when I saw the price she paid, which was about 50% of what you’d pay at a reputable store.

Utterly incompetent in every way possible. Engage in deceptive behaviour with 4th rate products that they get wrong and charge you anyway.

Loved the designs, quality and material of the round neck short sleeve shirts

Company is infringing on copyright of artists and stealing designs and passing them off as 'their product'. They even claim 'copyright, all rights reserved' at the bottom of their own website while straight up stealing designs and artwork and selling for a profit.

I wouldn’t buy clothing from this site I would save your money and get the same quality from temu for 1/4 of the cost, stitching coming away and shirt balling after less than 1 month with only 3 wears and two washes poorly made product

They have some great products and prices. The quality of there hoodies is pretty good, warm and print looks great. Easy to deal with and shipping time is pretty quick.

They don't reply about orders shipping and their webpage shows the order as delivered when they have not delivered anything. I will avoid buying anything from this shop. Poor customer service.

Company makes out they are Australian but you’ll be charged through a UK company and have to pay a foreign exchange fee. Item supposedly posted from within Australia but takes 4 weeks to arrive. Full of excuses!

Ordered two t-shirts for Christmas. Firstly, the quality was not as described and the fabric was see through, cheap and disgusting to touch. Secondly, the delivery arrived after Christmas evem though i ordered it in time for it. Thirdly, one of the t-shirts had the wrong name and number. Upon reaching out to the customer service team, they refused to give me a refund on the products and only wanted to give it on one or resend it. Neither option worked for me and i asked for a full refund. I even offered to send the t-shirts back. Very unhappy and will definitely not be ordering from these guys again.

Okay i was little unsure at first due to negative reviews. But I went with the positive and ordered anyhow. Let me tell you. I had nothing but a great experience dealing with vibe hoodie shop from ordering, tracking all the way to delivery. When I recieved my product i was very impressed by the quality of workmanship. Material and print was of a high quality and true to size. It was well worth the wait from China. The price was great too. Would I buy agian? Most definitely. I highly recommend purchasing from vibe hoodie shop. Do not be put off by negative reviews. Some people always complain.
