3 months that last a lifetime

Jake helped me add structure and empower me to take control over my fitness routine. Before Jake, I was going to the gym aimlessly and thought I wasn’t made to get lean. With some coaching and awareness on diet, I was able to achieve in 8 weeks what I was trying to do the prior 10month. Would highly recommend!

I started Jake and Joe's program…

I started Jake and Joe's program because I really wanted to change my habits. Good training, despite having little time, better nutrition, and more reflection in my daily life.

What can I say, it all happened.

Through the training, nutrition tips, and recipe book, I lost almost 5 kg in 3 months, without a diet or special pills, just through their consistent program.

Additionally, the support they provide is really great. You get answers to your questions at any time, they support you with difficult topics, and address problems individually.

Thanks again for the support, and I'm happy to be part of the virbant People community.

I made real progress.

I really enjoyed the workouts Jake created. It was clear from the outset that Jake listened to my preferences regarding the quantity of workouts and how I preferred each to be structured (full body vs split). Jake also shared some great insights regarding diet and sleep patterns. It felt - and was - truly bespoke. Thanks for your help, Jake.

Highly Recommend joining Vibrant People

Joe and Jake were great! They helped me tweak a few things to my daily regime that have made big difference. My goal in joining Vibrant People was to figure out a better method to exercising and nutrition while becoming a dad because I have often heard that it’s nearly impossible and Joe and Jake helped me accomplish that by implementing small daily habits that compound greatly overtime. While I was in the program I lost 10 lbs while maintaining the muscle I have gained over the years.

Accountability and support

Jake does a great job being present during 1-on-1s and providing the tools and feedback for success. The Vibrant People community and Jake are a great support system for encouragement and reassurance so you never feel like you’re in it alone. Guidelines and support help you be flexible when needed and accountability throughout the whole time

Great program for building a healthy routine!

The bodyweight program really helped me set up a consistent, healthy routine. It’s not just about getting into shape, you also learn a lot about your body, nutrition, and how fitness can work with a more holistic, sustainable approach. Very motivating and easy to follow :)

Amazing!

This has been exactly the program I needed. With a busy lifestyle with kids and work, it has allowed me to adapt and stay consistent with exercise and a clean diet, which is something I had never been able to achieve.
Jake and Joe are very knowledgeable and responsive. They always have great feedback on any questions I send their way.
I would highly recommend this program if you are looking for a refreshing approach to exercise and nutrition that is sustainable long term!

I’ve been with Vibrant People for just over a month, and the impact has been remarkable. My energy levels are higher and more stable, my strength and mobility have improved significantly, and I’m already seeing visible gains in lean body mass.

What makes Vibrant People stand out is its holistic and flexible approach. It combines movement, mobility, nutrition, and mindset in a way that fits real life—especially if you have a busy schedule or prefer to train outside the gym. A major plus: the strength training is based on bodyweight exercises, making it both accessible and effective, wherever you are.

The program

Really like the complete approach to a healthy lifestyle as a combination of sleep, walking, food, mobility and workout. There are no magic shortcuts here, but a great blend of techniques that will deliver you the results. The bodyweight approach is great if you don't want or can go to a gym. Highly recommended!

Top Coach, Clear Plan, Real Results

Support & Availability
One of the things that stood out most in working with the coach from Vibrant People was his constant availability. Anytime I had a question—whether it was about nutrition, training, or just motivation—he responded quickly and with care. You never feel like you’re just a number in a system. It’s personal, supportive, and truly client-focused.

Communication Style
What really helped me stick with the plan was how he explained complex topics. He always found the perfect metaphor or example to make things click for me—especially around nutrition, which can sometimes feel like a jungle of confusing advice. With him, it all started to make sense.

Training App & Program
The training plan through the app was another huge plus. Everything was organized, and the app itself was easy to use. Each exercise came with a clear video explanation, so even if I wasn’t familiar with a movement, I could follow along confidently. No second guessing, no frustration—just clear, step-by-step guidance.

Overall Experience

I’ve been a client for 18 months and it…

I’ve been a client for 18 months and it has been transformative for me, physically, spiritually, and psychologically. Through difficult periods I have been able to rely on Jake for custom, targeted workouts geared to my body and mind. I’ve been able to lose 25lbs and gain inches, muscle and self esteem. If you are considering joining, all I can say is I think it is worth every cent. This program is a game changer for your eating, sleeping and physical health. Do it! You’ll only regret it if you don’t. You deserve to have the support, coaching and education This program offers. 💪

I joined the program for three months…

I joined the program for three months last summer, after finding Jake on Instagram and noticing his down to earth style compared to most fitness coaches on social media. Like many folks out there, I was pretty misinformed about attaining better fitness and was under the impression that it took ungodly amounts of time at the gym to make any difference. Since I have no desire to drive 45 minutes to the nearest gym and combined with a busy job that is often more than full time, that didn't leave me enough room for effective exercise. So I thought anyway, and did almost nothing for many years as a result. My diet however was already on point with mostly whole foods. After my three months was up, I experienced better strength, more energy, and a smaller waist line just by walking more daily and doing bodyweight exercises a few times a week. Jake was an attentive and helpful coach throughout the process and gave useful feedback, as well as provided alternatives to exercises that I was picky about. The group chat was supportive and helped to keep the motivation going when it was low. It was quite an investment for me personally, but coming out of it with knowledge that less can certainly be more when it comes to fitness was well worth it. I have ditched my all or nothing view and now understand that even a small workout during a lunch break is making progress. The program materials continued to be accessible to me after my personal coaching expired, very important to keep yourself going once the only accountability left is to yourself.

Incredible Program

I am so grateful that I started this program! When I first joined the program I was in the middle of some pretty major life transitions and could feel my health and fitness slipping away. I was in survival mode all the time and felt like I was failing in so many areas. I was drawn to the program because it seemed like something that would actually fit into my life and would be manageable, while still getting the results I wanted. When I had my initial call with Jake I was really struck with how genuine he is. Jake is very practical, uplifting and is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about what it is actually important to be the healthiest and best version of yourself. I have learned so much through the workshops, coaching calls and the classroom content. I find this program to be incredibly holistic in way that it has benefited every area of my life. It goes so much deeper than health and wellness. Jake and Joe have a great understanding of all of the pieces of the puzzle that contribute to your health and wellbeing. I ended up digging much deeper into some of the underlying issues that have been keeping me stuck. Joe is an amazing facilitator and support for all things that I was afraid would be too much or maybe not really related enough to fitness. One of the most powerful things he said to me was, “this isn’t about trying to fix you, this is about remembering who you really are.” I have felt so supported in every way through this program. I am stronger than I have ever been physically and I have lost around 15 pounds. My daily habits have been elevated tremendously and everything I have learned has made all the areas of my life feel so much more manageable. I feel so much stronger in every way. The community that Jake and Joe have created here is so uplifting as well. Both Jake and Joe care so deeply about all of their clients and about the work they are doing to elevate us all.

Healthy Habits result in a better you!

Vibrant People was a great find for me. I kept seeing Jake’s messaging on Instagram which targeted busy professionals who had placed their families, careers and other stressors over their personal health needs. In particular, the messaging of eating healthy and finding time to do the workouts from home, the hotel room and using my body weight was appealing. I travel a lot, am crunched for time and need to be able to stay in a routine.

Going into our first call I was honestly a bit skeptical and was going to vet Jake thoroughly. What I found was that he was vetting me just as thoroughly. Wanting to know why I reached out, why now, and what I wanted from the programs.

We set our fitness and dietary plan around my goals. Jake’s approach of systems, processes and accountability were just what I needed to help keep me on track. The community aspect and communication between others in the program was satisfying, motivating and inspiring.

Results? I lost 28 lbs and gained strength, modality and felt much better physically and about my appearance.

I had to take a couple of months off for surgery and just came back as missed Jake, the community, and the accountability. I’m pledging to go another year and will come out the best physical version of myself in more than 30 years.

Building lifestyle changes to last

I joined the program in December of 2024. The combination of simple and straightforward bodyweight training, focus on whole foods nutrition, walking and mobility training has helped me drop 8 kg, gain muscle and strength and most importantly has greatly increased my energy in all other aspects of life. The program is designed to help you change your lifestyle rather than provide quick fixes and I can say that my lifestyle definitely has changed. Thanks to Jake and Joe's coaching and the program's focus on contemplating your progress, I have built new habits to last by gaining more consciousness of what my body needs. I don't even have to track my nutrition and steps anymore and I am still improving, because these habits have become second nature. For anyone who is either too busy for or simply does not like the gym, this program is an excellent solution.
