So pleased I engaged Vicki Philipoff Settlements again. The other party wanted to delay settlement but my conveyancer handled the problem immediately and settlement was still able to proceed later that day. Everything was handled digitally and minimal effort required from me. Many thanks Daneka

Trustworthy and professional settlement agent
Vicki Philipoff's team is well trained, highly professional and made the settlement experience a breeze. This is the second time I've had CHERRY LIANG as my settlement agent. Honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. Communication is always prompt with well researched replies to the issues posed and both experiences have been stress free. Really has demonstrated that not all settlement agents are the same.

Best in the Business
Without doubt the best settlement agency in the business. Staff provided us with a seamless settlement experience and ensured we were communicated to regularly. Have used VPS in the past and will be using them again. When settling properties do yourself a favour and don't go past VPS.
