Clothing is nothing like on the pictures, extremely poor quality.
Items come from China and to return at own cost which is approximately £25
AVOID !!!

Poor quality, sizing wrong. When requesting to return, you have to pay for postage to CHINA, as that is where there clothes are shipped from.
Wouldn't recommend this company.

Firstly its not London based its a scam company from China

I haven't received my dress and sent numerous emails, yes they have responded but just kept asking me to wait.
Had to go though my bank for a refund.

Took ages to arrive - ordered a size 10 and it’s about a size 4 (I am a 6/8 but ordered 10 for ‘holiday room’)
They won’t refund or exchange - I have to apply to china.

Do not buy from this company. As previous reviews state the goods are of terrible quality, not delivered by Royal Mail and returns are to China.

The white linnen dress that I've purchesed after seeing an ad on FB is semi transparent, wrong sizing and sent from China. Moreover to return this I have to send it to China at my own expense which is about £20. That haven't been mention on their site.

The quality of the clothing is absolutely appalling. I would give no stars if possible. Website is a complete scam, really cheap, nasty products straight from China. At least on SHEIN you know what you’re getting but this pretends to be something completely different but actually significantly worse. Avoid it at all costs

The company is not based in London nor items delivered by tracked Royal Mail as advertised, both of which are misleading. 30 day return policy at time of purchase does not indicate the poorly made dresses have been shipped from China, or that to return, the buyer is liable for delivery shipping costs, return shipping costs and cost of return custom clearance.

Cheap, rubbish product and then they say you have to return it to China. I paid via a Credit Card so I am hoping my bank will refund me.

An absolute con, the dress i order was nothing like the picture and of poor quality. When I pursued returning the order found out I t need to be sent to China

I ordered the white Jimena dress which arrived yesterday and looked nothing like the advertised dress it was see through & very poor quality. I have seen thicker handkerchief material!!
To add insult to injury it cost an arm and lev to return it to China. I certainly won't be recommending this company

After seeing the dresses on Facebook I decided to order one in white & one in blue (these dresses are still being advertised)
They arrived last week & are being returned today.
They are poorly made in cheap, completely see through material. They both leave as much shape as a sack. The worst part is I’m not having to return to London but to china at my own expense. Goodness when or even if I’ll get a full refund. Do not purchase from this company.

Be aware of using this company clothes are poorly made and the sizes are not as stated. Returns are to china which is not clear I would not use them again

Absolute scam of a company. Poory made, poor quality materials, incorrect sizing. Not London but mainland China. Returns at buyer's expense. £200 cost for clothing I would estimate at a total value of £10.

Be aware of this Chinese company who say they are London based. The dress I purchased was cheap material and poorly made for full price of £65. Any returns are to China at the buyers expense. This is NOT stated on their website.

Don’t do it! It’s a con. It isn’t in London and Royal Mail is not used. I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks and dare say it’ll be put in the bin when it finally arrives going by previous reviews

A Chinese drop ship company not in London at all. It took weeks to arrive. I was conned

Purchased a black 'linen' dress after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Received in the post today in cheap unbranded packaging. The quality is like a cheap tablecloth, it is not branded at all and in fact it says 100% polyester made in China on the tiny label, no linen in sight! Contacted the company to arrange a return thinking it'll be easy as its a London based company - it's not. The warehouse is in China & I have to cover the cost to return it. Who knows if I would actually get a refund, it says on Companies House this company was dissolved in 2023! Onto Vinted it goes and i'm not going to get the £34 I paid for (it was apparently reduced from £69)
