Дългогодишен клиент съм на Videnov, но за съжаление не мога да ги препоръчам след последния си опит. Закупих два матрака „Лео", при които в рамките на около две години пружини от вътрешния блок пробиха текстилната покривка — и на двата. Матраците са ползвани нормално, от възрастни хора. При опит за рекламация единственият отговор беше, че гаранционният срок е изтекъл — без никакво друго съдействие или интерес към случая. За мен е трудно да приема, че мебел може да се окаже в такова състояние точно в края на гаранционния срок при нормална употреба. Имах много повече доверие във Videnov. Споделям опита си, за да могат другите потребители да направят информиран избор.

Excellent driver and communication, good product for the price

Moved to Bulgaria with no furniture and purchased all large furniture from Videnov over past 2 years due to top website and very good furniture at lowest prices and free delivery (when reaching free delivery limit). I compared all online competitors before starting shopping there. Drivers always helped to move items a few meters onto my property. Customer service also top. Highly recommend it.

Every single time when their delivery man arrives, he starts an argument over the fact that he's given change. My man, do your job. It's only two lev. Horrible attitude. 🫩

Всеки път, когато куриерът им пристигне, той започва спор за това че му даваме 'дребни' . Човече, върши си работата. Не спори с мен за това че ти давам само два лева. Ужасно поведение. 🫩

Delivery driver turns up with my sofa bed alone . No taillift on the truck so chicks it into the road outside my house . Driver gets very angry and abusive when I ask him to help me move it onto the pavement .. drives off at high speed leaving my sofa bed in the middle of the road . I won’t be making any further purchases from this business

I got a wardrobe from there. Instructions about assebly were a little unclear and also nothing was marked what it is. I like the wardrobe thoguh

We ordered a modular kitchen from Mebeli Videnov.
The problems started with the order fulfillment time.
After that, installers had to come to assemble it. The problem is that there is no feedback with them. They call you on the phone and if you don't answer because of your busy schedule, the contact is lost. It is impossible for you to contact them yourself on the phone number from which they called.
Now for the quality of the product: the different modules come in the form of boards that the buyer has to assemble himself.
Assembly drawings are unclear and assembly is quite a bit more complicated than IKEA furniture. The fasteners are of the lowest possible quality - they break at the slightest effort and do not hold the assembly. The cuts of the boards are made at exactly 90 degrees and the individual modules become curved - each in a different direction. When all this begins to be assembled, it is found that the different modules have different heights and it is practically impossible to integrate them into one whole body. With a lot of nerves and effort, with additional corrections and cutting, we managed to tie several modules into one whole body, but it had a slope that was impossible to correct.
I advise you not to buy the furniture of this company because we have only had a bad experience with them. A sofa bought from them constantly creaks and is unstable - any moment we expect it to crumble under us.
От "Мебели Виденов" си поръчахме модулна кухня .
Проблемите почнаха с времето за изпълнение на поръчката.
След това трябваше да дойдат и монтажници за да я сглобят. Проблемът е че с тях няма никаква обратна връзка. Те ти звънят на телефона и ако не отговориш поради някаква твоя заетост, контактът пропада. Невъзможно е ти самия да остановиш контакт с тях на телефонния номер от който те са звънели.
Сега за качеството на продукта : различните модули идват във формата на плоскости, които купувачът сам трябва да сглоби.
Чертежите за сглобяване са неясни и сглобяването е доста по-сложно от мебелите на "ИКЕА". Крепежните елементи са от най-ниското възможно качество - трошат се при най малко усилие и не държат сглобката. Срезовете на дъските на са направени под точно 90 градуса и отделните модули стават криви - всеки в различна посока. Когато всичко това започне да се сглобявя се установявя, че различните модули имат различни височини и е практически невъзможно да се вградят в едно цяло тяло. Съветвам ви да не купувате мебелите на тази фирма защото с тях имаме само лош опит. Един диван закупен от тях постоянно скърца и е нестабилен - всеки момент очакваме да се разпадне под нас.
