This is NOT a trusted site. when i clicked on it in order to find out why i was charged £38 last Oct it came up with a warning and i did not proceed.
what i paid for i cannot remember.

The advert was very clever. Advertising a spray for car number plates that makes them invisible to cameras.
In theory pretty plausible. However after reading all the scam alerts I decided not to try buying it

I made the huge mistake of buying from this company. The camera looked good in the advert. It arrived looking very small, cheap and nasty. But I couldn't even use it as the app to connect it would never let me create an account. I wrote asking for a refund. It's from China and you get crop and paste replies. I've had about 8 - 9 so far virtually the same offering my a 20% refund and keep the camera, all from differerent 'people'. The camera is rubbish, so I keep replying saying I want 100% refund. Now when I reply my email is rejected saying not able to reply. Avoid like the plague. This is a terrible company. Awful awful scam, and feel angry with myself for falling for it.

Absolute crap..don't waste ur money on these.bought these from an advert..looked great...can never get these to work unless ur next to them..POINTLESS

The advertise product with lots of misleading information nothing of what is advertised matches the item I got cheaper camera with better quality and service
I am requesting a refund hopefully they will reply how ever when you click on return policy the link takes you to a different website totally different company also noticed that in all their communications they never mention any company name or web site it’s like they don’t want you to know who to refer to if anything goes wrong and thier customer service on WhatsApp is robot nothing more so avoid them it’s a scam

When I read the comments about this company being a scam, I was scared that I trusted something I shouldn't. I was reassured by the companies updates on my parcel. Royal mail have just delivered my smart HD cameras all nicely boxed. Takes some repetition to get it online and I had to try a fair few times to configure with my router but it works great.

No instructions of how to connect this product Nothing in package .

The advertised product and its description of features do not match the actual model provided. The deception is reinforced on the packaging, where the model type has been obscured.
There is a reference to either the old or new model being dispatched (RANDOMLY), but, in reality, this is just a scam that would not be allowed under British or EU trading standards. Buyer beware, this quality of product can be purchased for half the price online from a reputable British company, with added peace of mind that you will get what is advertised and a returns process that actually exists.

Why can’t some action be taken against these rogues.Will the Financial Ombudsman be able to help.

Thought the advert I came across on YouTube for the cameras was too good to be true, so glad I came here to check reviews first!

Was about to purchase 3 pack deal on HD camera but thought I'd check if any reviews out,Oh My Gosh just saved from a bad decision.
Just about every Review is a 1 Star Chinese Scam beware.
Once you've paid No way to get a refund.
Beware VIDOOEDO is a Chinese Scam.

Sadly as others have said this is definitely a scam site that advertises on YouTube..
I went to the website after seeing an advert for a small discreet CCTV camera with an AMAZING (bull-crap) 5 yes FIVE year battery life! (that's what peaked my interest) however upon going to the website, this amazing camera isn't even on there 5 minutes after being advertised.
So I can only conclude seeing that their customer service email doesn't match in the slightest way to the website address and especially after reading all the other reviews, all of them negative, with all the other reviewers that this site is a Chinese scam and best swerved!

This is a total scam ! I really don’t understand why YouTube allows these scamming Rats on their platform! Paid my money 3 weeks ago for the so called video camera nothing ! Took my money and cannot get hold of them now ! Disgraceful

Just seen advert and was going to order cameras from Germany????? And YET all videos show Chinese actors and all written matter also in Chinese which made me then check out reviews and they are a saviour

My order is lost after 3 weeks of supposedly arriving (I paid for “expedited shipping”). I have to prove to them that my order was never delivered to my mailbox; I have to interview the neighbors, go to the email now to verify in their system if they made the delivery or not. They are crap and have poor customer service. They don't return the money. Terrible company,horrible and crab costumer service.

I'm pretty savie when it comes to things like this but I obviously was having a blonde moment that day
I ordered the cherry trees . I received three packets of seeds. (Wtf)
No instructions on what to do nor how to get a refund.
Plus I just knew I'd been ripped of I planted the seeds and not one of them have grown.
What should I expect . Well they show you a heavily laddened cherry bush.
Saying if I didn't order that minute I would have to wait another year to get my cherries.
I wasn't expecting a seed I was expecting a growing cherry sapling
Now I Can't get hold of anyone to help get a refund
However they took my money pretty fast.

Tried desperately to get my £29 for this useless rubbish fan that didn't last more than one or two hours at most after fully charged! It went out. She plastic very small they advertised it as something that it was definitely not! Could get one just like that half price on Amazon Tried to reach out to get my money back. Will learn to check before I buy since there's a scam company on here lots of bad reviews. Keep your money stay away from this rubbish rip off Company.
