Yet again I fell for it, was desperate to find a conman who stole £12k motorhome of me, have his number , tried this comp to find where he was, they say , they sent him a link to open up to track his phone DU!
SO STUPID, DIDNT WORK , got nothing back, so cancelled that day , still next day paypal says they took £38, 82p off my, my pension money, thats a weeks heating for me, getting ripped off all angles, all i want it my motorhome back, looked for help and stung again, sick dirty scammers ,they say we do not refund, thats thier policy, my guess is they cant track a phone, its a scam, going to report to trading standards.A trully disgusting, filthy, scumbags, as bad as a scammer on the phone. same cwap, diferent pile.

I use this service to try to find my phone. I paid around a dollar to do it not knowing that it was a subscription based plan. For one. It didn't even track my phone and to the very next day they charged me almost $50. I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and to cancel my account. At that point they said they could refund me half of it or I could wait 30 days and I might get a full refund. I took the 50% and took my loss. What a scam. The product doesn't even work and then they take your money.

I signed up for a Viespy one time charge of $9.71 but it’s been charging $9.71 once a week ever since. I can’t stop it.

Doesn't work , false advertising. Immediately charged me a subscription of $80 AUD this was after unsuccessful unsubscribing through their totally useless website. I just want my money back they stole.

Don’t use this company. They will try to trap you into recurring charges

Didnt locate my phone. I got in my car retraced my steps and found it. they did take my money! will never use again. You get caught in a loop and never get results.

They are thieves., I did not agree to a monthly subscription or a charge of 49.80 and they promised to find my lost phone which is impossible to do if you don't have the phone with you but they don't mention that it's a scam to begin with.

Would give less stars if possible.

So I tried to cancel my transaction and was transferred to second party websites that coincidentally had some issues and couldn’t deal with my request. I ended up being charged almost £50 for no service and because they made it impossible to cancel the subscription.

I company that will rip you off. Stated a small price to check a phone number then charged me again with a considerable more expensive amount. Total con. Be advised.

Initial charge then following day charged £37.50 despite no service delivered. Was absolutely useless in finding my phone. DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY and trying to cancel is almost impossible!

Company uses several names from different websites including the one they scammed me on which is trackecellphone. One star is too much.
This company may be legit on the surface, but they are scammers. I paid for a .38 ping which I never received by the way. I never saw the fine print that said they would charge me a 49.80 subscription fee. I didn't knowingly authorize this. I consider it fraud. I was never sent a receipt letting me know they charged me. I just happened to see it on my bank statement. This company charges this fee and give you 24 hours to cancel. There's no phone number to call. I sent in a written refund request. They immediately tried to get me to accept a 50% refund through AI. I rejected it and requested 100% refund. The response was that it will take 30 days to get back to me. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General, FTC, CFPB, and ICC.GOV. Many people probably accept their offer for 1/2 refund, even though they didn't knowingly authorize a charge for a subscription. Do not ever buy a ping from this company because they don't send it to you and they use it to obtain your credit card information so they can charge you.

Lost my phone. In desperation, I looked for a tracking app and found theirs advertised at $.89c. I Signed in, tried and got nothing. I did not think too much about it till I was charged $49.80 the next month, and despite being told by another bunch of crooks "try help" that they could deal with it, I was charged again. Keep well away from these robbers who should be in jail in Hong Kong.

Scam. Their service did absolutely nothing to locate my phone and then tried to take an unauthorised £42 payment the next day. Their system reported that a text was sent to my phone to 'locate' it, but this didn't happen as I found my phone by other means and no text came through. Not that this would have worked in any event. Avoid.

This site is a scam do not use the product and check that they haven't charged service to your credit card.

I don't know how they got my credit card details to bill me but they are hackers as my card was new and only been in circulation 2 weeks.

I lost my mobile in Australia. This site said after I entred my number that it found its location and it had the first three digit international code for Australia in order for us to enter and track our lost mobile. Cost $0.89US. After payment, I entered into a new account with tabs on the left and a map of Washinton USA. It then said after payment it found nothing. Big time scammed on the spot. Avoid it at all cost because these guys are based in Hong Kong.
