We really had a great experience at Viisi, in particular with Harry and Anne.

From our very first call with Harry, we felt he understood exactly where we were in our home-buying journey as first-time buyers in the Netherlands. Although we were excited for buying our first home, we were also nervous as we lacked any real understanding of the process. That’s where Harry initially helped as he was very responsive to our emails and calls, and very patient with us as we asked lots of questions. He took the time to give us detailed answers which made us feel like we had a partner in this journey, and that we weren’t alone in this.

Anne was equally responsive and often explained things a few different ways so that we could understand better, which allowed us to make informed decisions on the specifics of our mortgage. Anne presented us with multiple mortgage options that were customised to our situation / goals, and advised us on which mortgage would be best suited for us and why. This, along with her knowledge of the process, made us feel confident in our choices and helped put us at ease. Anne was always a phone call or email away and, like with Harry, we felt like we had true partners in the success of our home buying journey.
