Fabulous Village Carpets!
Russell and his team did a fantastic job of carpeting our lounge and 2 bedrooms. They are friendly and worked flexibly, when other tradespeople were behind with their deadlines on our renovations .
The carpet is excellent quality and seems durable. I would not hesitate to recommend this family-run company.

Great service from start to finish, all the staff at Village Carpets are really helpful. Absolutely love our new carpet and beautifully fitted. I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

a quality local firm with expert fitting and attention to detail. A responsive office and good customer service at a competitive price - what's not to like

A 5 star service from our initial contact to fitting the carpets.
The team were great, tidying and vacuuming as they went along.
I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish our experience with Village Carpets has been excellent. From help in the shop, borrowing samples to Russell and Graham fitting the carpet, we couldn't ask for more. The other reviews confirm the excellent service they provide.

Village Carpets were efficient and friendly from start to finish. Thank you so much to everyone involved. We’re very happy with our new carpet.

Extremely good service and very accurately fitted vinyl. First used this company 25 years ago and will continue to use them.

The fitters were very helpful moving the bedroom furniture and the study bookcases. Nothing was too much trouble and they did an excellent job of fitting the carpets. Would recommend to anyone looking for a really good carpet supplier and fitting service.

Russell and his team are all brilliant. I would highly recommend them - they fitted three different types of carpets throughout our house, giving great advice, expert fitting and exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to get the job done to a high standard. Thank you!

Great service from Village Carpets who laid a LVT bathroom floor for us. They have a really knowledgeable team who were very helpful in recommending the appropriate flooring for our needs, produced prompt quotations and fitted quickly without mess or fuss. We will be using them again. Would highly recommend.

We have used village carpets a number of times and they have been fantastic.
Nothing is too much bother, they respect your home and most importantly they are perfectionists-- we have had carpets and karndean and the results for both have been outstanding.

You will not regret choosing them

Village Carpets fitted our carpets with exceptional professionalism, care and cleanliness.
They left the house looking amazing and the carpets were perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Village Carpets are a very reliable and helpful family-owned business who really go the extra mile for their customers. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others, and really value their advice and expertise.

We recently used Village Carpets in Cranleigh and were so impressed with the whole experience. From the moment we walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their service is fast and efficient, but never rushed – they really take the time to understand what you need.

The range of carpets and flooring options is excellent – there’s something to suit every style and budget, and the quality is outstanding. The installation was carried out smoothly and to a very high standard.

It’s rare to find such a great combination of choice, quality, and top-notch customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Pleasure doing business with this company. Helpful advice when choosing the right carpet. No pushy sales techniques. Flexible approach in logistics for fitting. What you see is what you get, friendly team offering and fitting quality carpet. Would use again 100%.

Excellent service again from everyone at Village Carpets. This is the second carpet they have laid and I cannot fault them! They are very professional and friendly, and took great care when dismantling and moving the divan bed. I will certainly be going back to them again very soon for yet another carpet!

Very pleased with Village Carpets. What I wanted done was not straightforward but the guys made a huge template but the end result was perfect . I will definitely use them again .

So impressed and pleased with my new carpets to hall, stairs and landing. Not an easy job in a 16C cottage, with wonky walls, exposed brickwork and no skirting boards but Russell & team have done an amazing job.
Thank you 👏👏

We had Uniclic Capture 9mm Laminate flooring and matching skirting boards installed in our living room and hallway by Village Carpets. We are very pleased with the professionalism, quality and cleanliness of the service provided. We are happy that we took up Russell's suggestion of continuing the flow of the flooring from the living room into the hallway.
