Villagerhost Avis 40

I have been using Villagerhost for many years, and it has a really good server panel. The support is incredibly fast; you literally don’t have to wait more than an hour, even at midnight. The support team is also competent—they fix problems quickly and are very helpful.

The servers work quite well. A Diamond ($15) server is enough to run the latest version with 10 players, at least in my experience. If you’re running very hardcore mods with about 5 players, I would recommend the Obsidian server; that way, you won’t have any issues. The Emerald server is also a good option.

I’ve been using them since December 24 2023. I’ve only had a couple of minor issues (some mentioned in other reviews - first time double charged, an issue with not being able to restart the server for a day or two), but all my issues were fixed within 5 to a maximum of 30 minutes from the time I wrote a ticket. Even on Christmas Eve, imagine that!

Besides the mentioned issues, they’ve provided a great service for a great price, with no other issues! Their support staff (billing and tech) are quick to reply, respectful, and a joy to deal with!

Really fast Reply times easy instructions to help fix problems and overall just easy to talk to.

will delete your server if you dare to pause payment for a single month, incompetent support

Villager Host support was very helpful and quick to respond. While reading reviews I was wondering if they set up bots to leave reviews before deciding on paying for a server, but after having dealt with them personally I can say that I am happy with how my issue was handled. I highly suggest their services.

Constant lag, no real management besides file management, no ftp etc and the control panel is down half the time, please don't waste your time on this dogwater service.

The server page went down, there has been no support for over 3 days, no response to 2 support tickets, No response to twitter dm's or anything of the sort. Honestly was hoping a lot from the support after seeing the reviews, very disappointed.

Worthless. Says they have Livechat, 24/7 Support, and etc. They have none of that. They charged me 5 times. I attempted to contact them numerous times and have had no contact from them. Don't bother.

Terrible service. Ordered a server which still has not been set up days later. Contacted the business via their facebook page to receive no response, as well as two open tickets which have not been responded to. One for charging twice and another for the server not being up. Go elsewhere.

They say they have livechat,but they don't, their website is filled with grammar errors and support is slow.
Do not recommend.

I’m trying to be nice by saying this but this is honestly the worst service I have ever received with from a hosting company. The server would constantly lag despite working well with other hosts, it wouldn’t allocate even half of the RAM for the plan that I had purchased, and while reaching out for support, I have received absolutely no response in the last 4 days! I attempted to ask for a refund within the first 24 hours, as per their Terms of Service, but I still have had no representative get back to me. I have heard many great things about Villagerhost, so I’m honestly very disappointed.

I had problems with my paypal since i think my card was blocked so it just said "pending". I then made a support ticket. 3 days later no answer. I cant remove the payment i cant stop the payment i cant remove my account even. Guess i just have to accept that im prob gonna waste another 3 days trying to be a bloody minecraft server up....
I swear to god if this website suddenly fixes its crap its completely bs.

Ive ordered a server from them a few days ago and I have had nothing but problems, Ive contacted support multiple times, yet no reply, Ive even went to twitter to ask them, but yet again, nothing.

Customer Support was fast, reliable, helpful, polite, and a million other positive adjectives. Fantastic support and pricing. Would definitely recommend!!

The support team is really helpful and can get things done for you fast, they also explain things if needed! Loving the support and the control panel is easy to use aswell!

Hello! I just got done with Support, who was absolutely wonderful with helping out!
I had to find a new server provider, and VillagerHost is what I decided to try out. Once I switched my server had been experiencing lagging and crashing problems. I contacted support, who was incredibly helpful and patient! After just a few days, my server is working again and things are going great!

These guys are super responsive and are very attentive. I bug them too much honestly and are very helpful
