VILLATEL Avis 

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed or experience. The second day we arrived back and found some plaster had fallen off the ceiling upstairs. We called and iit was remedied almost immediately.
A few days later we needed a plunger. We called 3 times, 2 leaving a message, and nothing was done. The downstairs toilet remained clogged. Very disappointing.!

My wife & two other adult friends traveled to Orlando March 2nd-7th for a fun getaway vaca. The condo we stayed in was beautiful, clean, modern, new, well decorated, with 5-STAR level appliances, furniture, TV's, and more. Part of our purpose for this trip was to scout out possible future vacation locations when the time comes to invest in a grand baby first Disney experience. Villatel Resort did not really disappoint.
Just like every resort, things can always be better. The only down side was when we arrived, the inground pool was ambient temperature. My wife knows she made a reservation in advance to have that heated for us for the five day visit. Back in New Jersey while it was 34 degrees, our pool was never more than 70 degrees. NOT REALLY what we anticipated. All things considered, a family would love the kids room with all the unique decorations, bunk beds, slide, arcade, gaming, TV. (WE DID NOT USE this time) Having a washer & dryer was a huge plus. We traveled with a smaller 21" carry on luggage only bringing minimal clothes knowing we could wash and re-wear. Our visits to EPCOT, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Seaworld, all within an easy close reach with our car rental.
All in all, it was a positive, memorable trip to Orlando, Florida.

What a beautiful property that will only get better in the next year! The private homes with a pool, themed rooms and arcade games, is a must for any family vacation. We will be back for sure and will bring even more friends and family. Highly recommend!

Great location, VERY clean, amazing arcade rooms and in general the appliances are top notch.
The beds are super comfortable also !
The Villatel team is great and very helpful, everyone from guest services to cleaners and from maintenance to reservations.

Absolutely loved everything about these homes. We have rented one 3 years in a row for our work retreat and it has been fantastic! Has everything we need and more! Excellent for large groups.

The townhome was clean and had everything we needed. The themed Moana room kept the kids busy and happy during our entire stay. Close to everything too! Sadly the amenities were roughly two weeks from opening but we walked the neighborhood and worked out in the parking lot. The guard at the gate was super friendly and helpful! We would definitely come back again as Orlando is a quick 2 hour drive for us and this location was close to all the parks and activities!

Great spot for a family vacation. The units are excellent - clean, modern, comfortable and convenient. The location is the best so close to all the theme parks and downtown Orlando. Highly recommend!

The house was nice. The staff was responsive. There was an electrical issue in the master bedroom where the breaker went out continously. They told me they would credit me for a night and I have not recieved it .

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean. The kitchen could use some simple spices for cooking. We thought there was going to be a hot tub at the unit but just a very small pool not quite a soaking hot tub. Very clean and well kept complex.

Absolutely wonderful experience and we will be returning customers for sure! Enough room to really spread out, gorgeous rooms and decor, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I loved going for daily walks around the property, the kids loved our private pool and we all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The themed Mario room for my 8 year-old was next level and he loooved getting up and sliding out of bed everyday! The best part of our stay was how easy it was to reach out and ask questions via text message. The team was so responsive and helpful, and we were really impressed with how quickly a couple small issues were resolved. Super close to so many places we wanted to visit, and the shuttle is great if you’re going Disney or universal. 10/10- we’ll be back for sure!

Third year in a row booking one of these fantastic houses for our group. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plenty of seating areas to hang out and work, and great amenities to keep us entertained.

My favorite homes to rent are with Villatel because they have a lot of games and entertainment to keep everyone busy. I planned this vacation for a while and was sorely disappointed. First, we had an issue with the pool and spa not working properly. This was remedied by a tech coming out the following day. I must admit the house is beautiful, however, it was infested with mice. So, instead of enjoying my vacation with my family, we had to be on the lookout for them. We were devastated. We felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t relax at all. One of my family members thought they saw something running around on the floor on the first day, but wasn’t sure what it was. After the third day I was able to record the mice running around in the house. I sent the recording to VILLATEL guest services. They immediately sent an exterminator out to place traps in the house. The trap caught one under the couch the following day. Then, the kids spotted them in the theater room. The exterminator put a trap in there. To my dismay, there were 5 baby mice in the trap. We all were disappointed. We paid a lot of money to have a good time. The company gave me one night refund for Friday. We left on the following Saturday. If you are planning to rent this house, make sure they get rid of the critters. Good luck.

We recently stayed at Harbor Island Beach Club in Melbourne, FL and it was amazing. The house was huge and had enough space for our family. Everyone had something to do and there were several activities for everyone. It was clean and their team had great communication for anything we needed. We definitely would come back and stay again. Highly recommend!

Our recent Villatel stay was absolutely amazing! Our large party stayed in a HUGE, brand new vacation home at Harbor Island Beach Club in Melbourne, FL. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved it and will definitely be back. Villatel made the whole experience super easy. I recently stayed at Villatel in Orlando during the first week of October, and I had a fantastic experience! The villa was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable home away from home. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend Villatel for anyone visiting the area! We will definitely be back!!

AMAZING! We stayed at Villa Noir, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit with the enchanted themed room. Our girls love Elsa/Anna so the themed room was the highlight of our villa. We were blown away by the interior decoration in each room. Our expectations were exceeded, our unit was absolutely beautiful. The villa was super clean and hand everything we needed (bath & pool towels, pots, pans, plates cups, mixing bowls, utensils, measuring cups, and more)! There are no garages but each Villa has assigned parking which made it super easy. The private pool was a great addition. We are already planning our next vacation. 10/10
