Vinco Supplements Avis

Excellent product( magnesium) and fast delivery.

The item appears to have been delivered to the wrong address. The tracking information states that a card was left and that the item was left in a safe place. No card was left and I do not recognise where the item has been left from the photo. I realise this is not the fault of Vinco Supplements, however the reason for the bad review is that all my attempts to contact you regarding this have been ignored. According to the royal mail website there is nothing I can do in this situation, it is up to the sender to contact them.

Extremely Disappointed – No Product, No Response
I ordered NMN from Vinco Supplements over a month ago and paid €53. To this day, I have not received the product. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them by phone, I have received no response whatsoever.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Taking payment without delivering the product — and then ignoring all communication — raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this company.

I strongly advise others to avoid Vinco Supplements until they prove they can deliver orders and respond to their customers.

Very quick delivery. I’m not using the product long enough yet to be able to give a feedback.

Arrived in super quick time

I ordered a product and received an email stating it had been delivered but it hadn't. I have requested they investigate and provide evidence of delivery. Instead I have received the same information, no investigation and no outcome for a product I paid for. Unfortunately I will need to escalate this and report as potentially this could be a scam website.

Customer Service was quickly available.

Prompt delivery and service

They ripped me off on their website, as the item was double priced on it, I then contacted them through there online form, to never get a response to date.. would stay way clear because of the customer service.. there much better customer focus supplement companies, that have better products and service..

Fast delivery
But the packaging is not good
