Handling of returns inappropriate! Refund not issued!
Quick delivery item received next day. However, experienced side effects and contacted Vinco Supplements customer service and was advised to return the item back for a full refund. Had paid for postage and returned item back however appears that Vinco advised Royal mail to not deliver the parcel. Item has been held at Manchester DO for over a month now. No contact from company or the refund since then.
My order number is #1461 if you choose to look into this further and solve the matter.

Customer care
Contacted after an incorrect delivery. A few emails, albeit not the fastest, sorted and a replacement parcel fast enough.
Happy overall

The delivered my order – finally
I couldn't contact them on either of the two telephone numbers:
0044 1613993528
0044 7734630701
They only respond to email.
I am in Ireland. They delivered my order in 15 days - Amazon normally deliver in 5 days sometimes less. That said I am eager to try the supplements; all their products are Third Party Lab tested, and are genuine Magtein.
