Vine House Farm provides bird food, bird feeders & bird care accessories. All our bird foods and other products come direct from our farm. We process, clean, mix and pack virtually all the seeds and seed mixes we sell and all our suet products are UK manufactured and delivered direct to us. Because so much of what we sell we grow ourselves, and what we don’t grow comes straight to us, and then direct you, with free delivery on every order, our overheads are kept to a minimum and we’ve taken out most of the ‘middlemen’ other brands of bird food need in order to operate. So buying from Vine House Farm Bird Foods means you can do so in the knowledge that you’ll only receive consistent high quality products.

Not delivered yet I was in!
Normally deliveries from you are spot on. This time the carrier didn't seem to turn up - I got a message from them just after the time slot the delivery was scheduled saying 'sorry you weren't in'. I was!!
It did arrive the next day (put in a box by the gate which is where deliveries from you are normally placed) but I got no notification that the goods had been delivered.
So my moan is about the inefficient carrier.

Corrected a rare mistake promptly brilliantly
I ordered some bird-friendly peanut butter refills. Vinehouse sent the wrong item but, on phoning them, they picked up the wrong item and promptly resent the correct one. It's the only time they have ever made a mistake after years of service and they corrected it brilliantly and without any fuss.

Have been buying wild bird seed from this company for some years now. Fabulous high quality product which I highly recommend. But in addition, and unlike many suppliers nowadays, the service level is exceptional from Vine House Farm. Today's order arrived quickly but incomplete - I sent off an email and within just a few minutes received a phone call explaining what had happened and that rest of my order would arrive tomorrow. That kind of caring personal touch is so rare and so appreciated and I thank them for that
