Vino Gusto wine order.
We have ordered wine through this company before. The description of the wine is excellent and we have had very good wines in our previous orders. The wine arrived on time and was very well packaged. I highly recommend this company.

Great service, personal touch
First time customer and the team called me to say one of the bottles ordered looked in questionable condition in their cellars, so they preferred not to ship it to me. They discussed substitutes, checked warehouse stock for alternatives, and refunded the missing bottle immediately giving me time to make up my mind. Kept me informed over the phone and email throughout. Turned what could have been a disappointment into a great first time experience. Will be coming back to them.
