Downloaded app, paid $1, charged $30. Fake chat support (Tidio widget) pretends to process refund but sends phishing download link No ticket, no refund.

They are fraudulent company...they stole my $34.95. after they said it's only $1 dey needed. Dey returned the $1 but they said I accepted the charges for others which I never agreed to. This website should be shut down

Fraud , fraud !!!!

Charged $1, then tried to charge over $50 with no permissions from me. Then then charged $5 and I've downloaded an empty webpage saved as PDF file.

"They are scammers. I have the exact same story – they charged $1 for nothing, and then made an unauthorized transaction of $29.95. There’s no point in even trying to contact them. They are huge scammers. Someone needs to investigate where they are located and arrest them. Is there any organization that can track them down and bring them to justice?"

They announce that it's free vin reports & just 1$ for just credibility. & once you enter your bank card .. they deduct 1 $ then deduct 30$ without any notification.. & when you ask for it they answer it's subscription fees.. & finaly you get an empty report
Once you complain.. you receive an email from one called Steven "the head of scammers" says that you have to submit refund form to get your money back .. & finally you will not get any refunds as it a scam business...

I was a victim of a scam on this website.
It started with a $1 charge, most likely a test payment, and then without any clear authorization, larger amounts were charged ($29.95 and then $5).
There was no clear warning, no visible subscription notice, and no explicit consent from my side.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other users experienced the exact same issue.
⚠️ This website uses hidden subscriptions and unauthorized charges.
I had to block my bank card and contact my bank.
👉 I strongly do not recommend this website.

I found a subscrubtion today of 49.90 euro and i never checked this or asked something. Neither knew Who were.

They initially took $1, then attempted to take out $29.95 which declined due to insufficient funds, then they succeeded in taking another $5. Scammers

This website advertises for $1 vehicle report without any info about Membership!! totally a SCAM!!! you can only see a charge on your card after the checkout for a $42.73 for a membership that you have no clue its there and no info about it anywhere! I called the number on the website right away and the woman didn't even said her name correctly just for me to not understand. Clearly this is a scam from whomever is behind this website! plus, she sounded like she is from India !! luckly I recorded this call and I intend to use it to catch these scammers!! Unbelievable !!

Scammers!!! Not just they pretend to charge a dollar, but later they would charge 30 more. And no hope to refund though they say so.

I have tried for a refund and they now say that its rejected because apparently I concent to the chargers. Stay Away!!

SCAM!! They state in the checkout that the cost is 1 dollar than they charge you 30$ and the report is bullshit!
