Ordered £60 worth of goods over two months ago. No response from support on two email requests for delivery updates. Must be a scam.

I bought a table through amazon. It arrived on time but was damaged. It had a huge dent and didn’t open flat. I requested a return but the seller’s terms say I have to cover the postage, and on a table like this, it was £19.89! However, they said that if the damage was their fault, they’d reimburse the postage too. 10+ emails with Amazon, countless issues raised with them, 5+ emails with the seller and despite acknowledging the damage was their fault, they refused to refund the postage. As they broke their own terms, Amazon thankfully refunded me.
This has been the most stressful, most time consuming experience. This seller was disgraceful.

Very bad packing by Vinsani
Ordered and received 60 rolls of RENOVA DECO toilet rolls. On opening cardboard box, found toilet rolls packed in 5 individual plastic packs of 12 in each. Of these, 2 packs were badly torn open and rolls looked shabby. There is no doubt that these were packed for shipping by Vinsani in this poor condition because the Cardboard box they were shipped in arrived in perfect condition.
On complaining by email to Vinsani, they insisted I sent proof to them by image. This I did, and although the emails and images sent were very time consuming for me, they only offered me a refund for the two damaged packs.
I told them I thought this was not a generous offer and allowed them to reconsider. They replied stating they thought this was fair and would offer no compensation.
I was disappointed, and warned them I would report my disappointment through Social Media. They were not deterred and I only received the price equivalent to the 2 damaged packs.
There Vinsani. Bad Customer Service. Bad report.

AVOID. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
AVOID.
I purchased something from them via amazon. The delivery date came and went. I called the delivery company and they had no record of my parcel. Vinsani would not respond to my emails. Thankfully amazon refunded me. But low and behold weeks later the item has been dispatched but Vinsani had this redirected to them.
Scam artists at their finest.
