I placed an order for two youth medium shirts. I received two adult small. I contacted them to say I received the wrong sizes and Maria tried to tell me I never ordered any youth shirts. Well, I showed her the order and then she said sorry for the oversight. Then told me I was getting a store credit and couldn’t give me the two YM shirts I ordered! I don’t want a store credit, I want the items I ordered or my money back! Very shady company! Do not order from them!

The responce I got was of no help and they continued to process my order incorrectly and take my money. Stickers came in and they are definatly not worth $55!

“To avoid repeating any mistakes, we are unable to reship or redo the order at no cost. However, you are welcome to place a new order and use your store credit toward it.”

In other words: they kept my money, admitted the product was wrong, and required me to pay again to receive what I already bought.

My response:

“You did not send me what I ordered and paid for… If you cannot correct your mistake… I request a full refund.”

They refused.

Small dollar amount, but suspect pattern: accept payment → deliver incorrect product → deny refund → demand additional payment. Buyers should be aware.

Non stop spam emailing promotional material when I have never made a purchase or shown any interest in this.

This would have been my second purchase with this company! Paid over $100 for an order on Nov 24 that I have yet to receive! Emailed them about it and their response was at first the address, then they notified me that the order had been lost but rest assured they would get it reprinted and reshipped! Here we are today Dec 22 and I have yet to receive the item or a refund! I emailed a few days ago about a refund and I haven’t gotten a response yet! This company has the absolute worst customer service and the number they have on their site is not a real number!
