The games appear clearly manipulated: non-transparent mechanics and outcomes that seriously raise doubts about the fairness of the platform. It’s impossible to trust a system that feels so unbalanced.

The prices are simply absurd compared to what is offered. You pay far too much for a service that guarantees neither quality nor fairness.

Customer support is practically non-existent. When you have a problem, you either get generic replies or no response at all.

Another bad experience and a complete waste of time! This program is solely focused on profit and will ruin the mood of even the most patient player! I advise everyone to cancel this garbage immediately and find something better. These cheap amateurs and scammers are absolutely unsuitable for backgammon!

Full of bots even if you "win" in score in last second the bot will have "free score'' out of nowhere and will beat you +50 OUT OF NOWHERE i mean WTF? FCK this site. too bad i can not submit a screenshot i got from game.

This website has a lot of games and surface level it seems a fair number of players. The problem is half the players are bots who will beat you 9 times out of 10 so that they can rob your coins. There are a handful of legitimate players, and then a handful who play solely with friends in unofficial teams(Ludo game is primarily my experience). Players will not take out their friend, but instantly take on other opponents, it's not fair play within the rules of the game or the site, but the site does nothing when a report is submitted.

Another reason for low rating is that this site nearly forces you to spend money, the cheapest games usually costing 400 or 500 coins, and you only get ~400 coins if you login 1 time per day(a bit more if you login consistently, but who has time for that??).

The only way to share your frustrations is the purchase VIP permissions, which are not worthwhile, and you'll find yourself arguing against the other miserable players on the site because the site allows cheats and their bots to play endlessly.

My suggestion is to find another site, this site is not worth your time and definitely not your money.
