The customer service was spot on. The only reason you get a 4, is because my service crashed and CS had to give a new code, which is a pain. Customer service was quick to respond and fix the issue
Channel choices are very good, have not experienced too much lagging, having a webpage with my subscription info is a big plus.

Poor so far....
Poor so far....several hours into the trial and I still haven't been able to use it due to no login details and the WhatsApp Customer Service is a bot that's useless.
Still waiting for any sort of help.
