If I could give 0 Stars I would. I never received my product & I have also reached out to customer service at least 4 times via email and phone call & never heard back from anyone. I even disputed the charge on my credit card, but somehow they still got away with it. So who ever is running this scam of a business you should be ashamed, but I'm sure you are living large with all of the money you have stolen from people. It has been 3 months with no product or customer service response.

Took over a month to receive & then did not get everything I paid for. Communication is terrible! Now they refuse to answer emails or ship the rest of my order! DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAMMERS! THIEVES!

If I would have gotten these with a vampire costume from Spirit Halloween ,I would have considered myself cheated. If you give these to anyone as a gift you'd better be yelling April Fools while you do it.

I have 3 emails to their customer support. I have not received any communication from them. I also tried their phone number. Not a good number. I ordered the Facial Hair Removal on March 14th. As of April 25th, I have not received the order or my money back.

I ordered the All-in-One Balm for Undereyes and never received anything. I tried emailing customer support - no response. And when I tried to call the number that was provided in the Shop app (which they supposedly used for shipping) the number was disconnected. I was even charged $2.90 for "Shipping Protection" and when I log in to Shop for a status of the shipment it simply says, "Waiting for details" and has said that for 2 weeks. The more I research them online the more bad things I hear. Beware!

Absolutely the worst product i have ever used! Its like putting putty on your face. Does not match color at all. If i could rate negative stars i would. Extremely dissapointed DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Terrible company. Never received the product and they ignore emails and do not have a working phone! Do not buy from this company!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF/SCAM ! I order the stick foundation and I received the wrong color. I sent 2 emails stating that I would like the next lighter color or a refund and I have not received any replies back. February 2026 I ordered and received product in March 2026.
