Scam Alert - I regret my experience with ViralSnare
Customer review. I regret my experience with ViralSnare. I submitted a video to them, expecting professional handling and transparent communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. It is a well-run scam guaranteed to net them easy profits using viral content of good-hearted clients that are scammed into believing they can make any real money, while the real money is else where.
Firstly, there has been a complete lack of updates regarding my video. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received vague or no responses at all. It feels like my emails are being ignored, which is incredibly frustrating.
Secondly, the payment process is questionable. After months of waiting, I have yet to see any earnings from my video. This raises concerns about whether they are genuinely pitching my content to buyers or just holding onto it without any intention of sharing profits. They're part of create music group, so go figure. Now you know where the money flows.
Additionally, their legal approach is intimidating. When I inquired about reclaiming my video, I was met with legal jargon and threats, which is unprofessional and unethical. It feels like they are more interested in asserting ownership over my content than fostering a collaborative relationship.
Lastly, their platform lacks transparency. Unlike other companies that provide portals to track pitches and earnings, ViralSnare offers no such tools. This makes it impossible to verify their claims or track the progress of my video.
Overall, my experience with ViralSnare has been disappointing. I would caution others never to entrust their content to this company. And beware of the fake positive reviews by their own employees. it is so obvious you can even notice they used the same word "the best" and posted around the same time frame, hilarious.
Finally, be sure to check their replies, same thing over and over, pitched this and didn't generate enough of that... bla bla. All fake, overly used scam words and lies.
Read the negative reviews, and you will draw the picture because those are the authentic reviews.

"Your video has been actively pitched to potential buyers, but no sales have been secured yet."
Which buyers? And how do you know which video is mine when I haven't given that information to you?
"As outlined in our agreement, we only make money when content owners do."
This is disputable.
"If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re happy to assist."
I have sent your company 13 emails with NO RESPONSE! Only one threatening you will take legal action if I want my video back? You do not OWN my videos, I own them, I shot them and I gave them to you after your employees scouted me.
You do not assist, you steal videos, and other reviewers have also stated this. All the 5 star reviews are posted by friends of ViralSnare or employees. I have read lots of forums online that you collect videos, and then you never contact the owners again. Then apparently you threaten people with legal action when they want their videos back.
As other companies set up portals so you can keep track of pitches and earnings, your company doesn't even have one of these.
I've written to you to release my video to be met with threats and legal jargon as to why YOU own my videos. You do NOT own my videos. You are not a ethical or professional company.

We are unable to investigate your case or review any prior communication without locating your account in our system. To do that, we need basic submission details. This is not to avoid your concerns, but because we cannot act without identifying the submission.
Second, regarding ownership of your content:
ViralSnare does not claim ownership of creators’ videos. Creators retain ownership of their content. When a video is submitted, ViralSnare is authorized to represent and license the content to media buyers in accordance with the creator agreement provided during submission. We operate strictly as a licensing agency.
Third, regarding our positive reviews:
ViralSnare does not post fake reviews or solicit employees to submit reviews. We have many satisfied content partners who have earned significant revenue through our platform. We understand that negative experiences are frustrating, but that doesn't mean positive experiences are fabricated.
Regarding your request to release your video:
We can review this once your account and agreement are identified.
To proceed, please reply here or alternatively contact us at info@viralsnare.com with any of the following:
- The email address used to submit your video
- The original file name or a short description of the video
- The approximate submission date

Me escribieron pidiendome un video prometiendome un porcentaje de las regalias. No esperaban quizás que el video tenga 2.7 millones de vistas.
Cuando me escribieron pidiendome otro que se viralizó en mi instagram, con mas de 21 millones de vistas les reclamé el anterior y no me escribieron más.
Si tienen pocas vistas no alcanzarán a pagarte, si tiene muchas vistas no te responden más. Ellos siempre cobran.

No es verdad que el video tenga 2,7 millones en mis redes. Tengo videos virales de mas de 26 millones de vistas.
El video publicado en youtube por ustedes tiene 2,791,919 vistas y no me han pagado un dolar por eso.
Es una estafa.

ViralSnare operates as a content licensing agency. We pitch videos to media outlets, publishers, and broadcasters that pay to license content for their platforms. We also monetize content on platforms we manage. Earnings are generated from successful licensing deals or monetization revenue, not from views on a creator’s personal social media accounts.
The 2.7 million views on your Instagram post, while notable, do not generate revenue through ViralSnare, as those views occurred on your own account. Earnings are only generated when your content is licensed to a paying media buyer or monetized on our platforms. Until that happens, there are no earnings to distribute.
Our payment threshold is $50. Once licensing or monetization revenue reaches this amount, payment is processed, and a detailed earnings statement is provided.

ViralSnare does not "steal" content. We reach out to content creators to offer our licensing services, explain how our platform works, and only proceed when creators agree to our terms and submit their content through our official submission process.
If you submitted content to ViralSnare, you would have agreed to our creator agreement, which grants us the right to license and monetize your content on your behalf. Credit is provided when possible or upon request, depending on the licensing agreement with each media buyer or publisher.
Regarding your messages, we've attempted to locate your account but have been unable to find it in our system. To investigate your specific situation and address your concerns, we need to identify your account.

They promise a lot, but after your video gets to them, it will be published on their social networks and that's it. You will not get any money. Moreover, you will have to spend months trying to get an answer from them. Rude answers, without signatures. Here is one of them.

I was thinking that this is all a lie but I give the opportunity, after 1 and half months I received an email to take my share, that was crazy and never expected to earn money from that video !! It’s better from 100% of nothing to take 60% of something!!

Worst company I have used for selling my videos. Totally unprofessional. They take your video, make you sign a contract, then you never hear from them again. They won’t answer emails. I’ve sent several, and also tried to contact them on socials. It’s been 8 months since I submitted my video. They have no dashboard, so you can’t see if your video has been used or sold. Other companies have this. There are many companies you can use to sell your videos. I would steer clear of this one.
I’d really like to end my contract with them, but they won’t reply to my emails to allow me to do so.
