Ryan Smith was my assigned travel agent after enquiring about the 5 countries holiday package in Asia. He has been tremendously patient and understanding when technical difficulties got in the way. He made great suggestions for when I wanted to tweak the itenerary a bit. The holiday is in May 2027 so I will come back to give an update but so far so good. Praying it continues as such.

I have not yet been on my trip, but want to review the booking process so far. Jason was so helpful from my very first message in finding me the right tour for what I wanted to see and for my travel dates. He kept in touch without being pushy and made sure I had all the information I needed to book. Since then he’s still been available to answer questions and I can highly recommend so far!

Jay Walker has been incredibly helpful whilst helping me sort our dream trip for my Wife's upcoming 30th! I must of asked over a hundred questions and no ask was too much for Jay. A credit to Virikson holidays, a name and a company i would 100% be recommending to friends and family.

Jay Walker helped us book our honeymoon to Thailand staying in 3 different places, all went like clockwork and I was kept up to date with regular contact. Decided last minute we would have liked business class which he sorted for us too.
Booked flights for next year with another company and I did believe it was all too good to be true which it ended up being and thought I’d contact Jay again. He sorted out flights for us again and I’m so happy and it’s a company who are professional and all the ways of transferring monies and all paperwork are very professional. I saw a deal on Facebook but wanted to make a few tweaks, Jason put together a package which is everything I wanted a 10 night trip to Abu Dhabi and the Maldives. As I have never been to either Jason was really informative and nothing was too much trouble and the price was fantastic!
Upon booking I was a bit nervous as I didn’t get confirmation of flights until the day after, after paying the full balance, I did expect them straight away. However Jason reassured me and stayed in contact to ensure I had received them ok. Thank you so much!

We contacted Vrikson holidays after seeing a holiday advertised on facebook to India & Sri Lanka at a very reasonable price for 2027. We spoke to Bella Davis who was extremely efficient and guided us through the booking process. We wanted to make some additional changes - adding days and changing hotels and nothing was too much trouble. We have yet to to on the holiday as it is in March 2027 but looking forward to it. We will put another review once we have been. So far a great experience with this company.

VT-Ryan Smith has been so patient whilst working amazingly hard to create the Safari of our dreams. He has had to create inventories and change them many time. Given the length of time Ryan has been in communication with me, he has gave me the confidence and security to book our dream vacation. I would recommend Ryan to any one as he definitely has gone over and beyond for not just us but the company. We are only in the very first faze off our booking as we do not go till Sept 27, but here,s hoping the high level and prompt communication continue going forward until our holiday date

Communication has been great throughout using WhatsApp. There are lots of tours on offer to many exotic destinations and they can be tailor-made to your requirements. A special mention to Keith who has used his experience and knowledge to suggest and plan itineraries. Thanks for your support and patience Keith.
