Virtual Coworker has been a different experience. Our VA handles bookkeeping in QuickBooks, invoicing, vendor follow ups, and general office admin. The first few weeks were genuinely a bit rocky. She had to learn our processes and we had to learn how to work with someone remote, but six months in I can't imagine running the office without her. What sets VC apart in my opinion is that there's an actual account team behind the placement. When I had a question early on, someone called me back the same day. That kind of accountability is rare at this price point.

Six months in, our senior team is back to doing strategy and client work and our margins look better for it. Our VA is smart, organized, and adapted quickly to our tools (ClickUp, Notion, Meta Ads Manager). Communication via Slack has been seamless across time zones. We hired an SDR through Virtual Coworker to run outbound for a B2B SaaS product. Honest assessment: not every part was perfect.
