Wow, this has been an amazing experience I have had twice in a row with Dr. Lee. Both times, this team is responsive, keeps you in total communication on the status of your requests, and also has appointments, virtually, which meets my needs. Two times, Dr. Lee has stepped in to fill the role my primary care physician would have filled, except it is very hard getting appointments. I appreciate this service so much and I highly recommend it. I thank this team for always communicating back to me with my status. Lastly, even though I would normally use my primary care which is free, I am willing to pay for this express service.

Dr. Lee is fantastic…I found his website by chance through Trustpilot after leaving a review for another platform that wasted my time over not having the right state license…I was able to schedule an appt with Dr. Lee in a matter of hours, the price was super affordable and he was able to refill my meds with no issues..Unlike every single online doctor who refused over minor things like not updating my state ID despite having records going back two decades…I just had to show pics of my RX bottles which was no big deal..I actually planned to find someone to just get me through until I went to an in person psychiatrist but the process with Dr. Lee was so easy that I have decided to continue seeing him…I would STRONGLY recommend you make an appointment if you need a provider who understands if you are needing continuing care for a long term diagnosis…The whole process was seamless and I think the website is actually "his" because he seemed to really care about the experience..Unlike many other platforms…By far the best Telehealth I have ever experienced…For a patient like myself who is stable on medication and has been stable for decades it was perfect that I didn't have to jump through hoops explaining what was easily verified with records…Don't waste your time with any other platforms…The price is probably different depending on what you are needing, although I am not sure, but it cost me $150 for the first visit and $79 next month…A far cry from the $300 plus others were charging…The response time for questions is practically instant and my RX was sent within minutes

Dr. Frank Lee and his staff are exceptional! They have been more helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, and responsive than most doctors I have sought treatment from in person. I highly recommend his services!

Dr.Lee and staff has been really professional and shows true commitment to solving my health issue. They respond back and will text you with answers/concerns you might have. Dr. Lee’s online practice is the best virtual online experience. He has made me feel that I’m in good hands especially with Mae.
