Thomas O. Is the best!
Thomas O. is one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever had to pleasure to work with. It’s hard to get good customer service with other companies these days but it is always a good experience when I need to call Virtual Shield. The VPN works great, I’ve never had issues with that.

Impossible to cancel, charged without consent.
I paid for a one year subscription to this service. I tried to cancel my account but only received the message “a support representative will reach out to you shortly” and never received any further steps in order to delete my account. I was again charged for a year subscription, AGAIN tried to cancel my account and requested a refund to which I received no response. This company is clearly and intentionally making it difficult to cancel in order to collect money from you year after year.

I entered a competition and won a iPhone 7 pro and paid £1.99 postage, lo and behold this company took my credit card details and billed me £29.85. My bank are looking into this as I have been scammed! Be warned.

Resolved Credit Card issue AND Got a DISCOUNT!
Had an issue with my credit card on file to renew my subscription (it's an every other year plan, so my cardholder blocks it every time) Was not able to resolve on my own, so contacted Pearl in customer service. Not only was she able to resolve the card issue, she offered my upgraded plan with more benefits and tools and for LESS THAN THE PRICE I would have paid with my existing plan. Love VirtualShield...Have had no attempted fraud on many family devices since we've been using the service for past 5+ years. Highly recommend.

KUDOS TO THOMAS O. and SONIA! After renewing my subscription for a 7th year with the fine company VirtualShield, I discovered that for 2 months I was not actually connected to the service at all. I contacted the “Chat” representative (Sonia) who diligently and pleasantly answered all my questions and fixed my account to correct the error. In closing our communication, I asked if I might be refunded the service month(s) I did not get, and she said she’d forward my request. She did immediately. Before the end of the day, Thomas O., another customer service representative was writing me an email not only making amends but upgrading me to a next level to make up for lost service — and on top of that, my price I’d been paying would remain the same … for life! I hope Thomas O. doesn’t get fired for this kindness! It was the nicest thing to have happened to me in a long time — and I’m going to tell all my friends about the RESPECT for their customers that these efforts represent — values that are rare in these days. Thank you VirtualShield for hiring the BEST PEOPLE to fulfill your vision in how to appreciate your customers.
