Thank you for requesting my feedback.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my experience. My spouse and I paid approximately USD 320 and obtained valid Azerbaijan e-Visas through your service. However, when we arrived at the land border, we were denied entry despite holding valid visas.
As a result, we were unable to use the visas we had paid for and obtained. Therefore, I cannot consider the overall experience satisfactory.
Since the visas could not be used and we were refused entry, I respectfully request a full refund of the amount paid, or an explanation of the available compensation procedure.
I would also appreciate clarification regarding why valid visa holders were not permitted to enter through the land border.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding your travel experience, but we must clarify the facts regarding your order.
Our records confirm that your application was processed correctly, and the valid e-visas were successfully issued and delivered to you on June 8, 2026. At that point, our obligation as a service provider was fulfilled.
Regarding your denial of entry at the land border, you were explicitly informed about this restriction in the delivery email containing your e-visa. Under the "Important Notes" section of that exact email, it clearly states: "At present travellers are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan by land using an e-visa." The email further detailed that travelers must use specific international airports to enter the country.
Additionally, as stated in both that delivery email and our Terms & Conditions, an e-visa grants permission to travel, but it does not automatically guarantee admission. The final decision rests solely with the State Border Service of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Because the e-visas were validly issued, our service was fully delivered, and you were directly advised that land border entry was not permitted with an e-visa, we cannot issue a refund. Reviewing your case, our records confirm that your application was received on June 11, 2026. The approved e-visa was successfully issued and sent to you on June 18, 2026.
If your rating is related to the processing time, please be aware that June 15, 2026, was a national holiday (National Salvation Day of Azerbaijan) and therefore a non-working day. As a result, your e-visa was successfully processed and issued on the 5th working day after submission.
Furthermore, as outlined in our accepted Terms & Conditions: "Azerbaijan Government application consideration times are for guidance only and in some instances these may take longer and there is no guarantee that the visa will be granted."
Our obligation to process and deliver your e-visa was fulfilled correctly within the standard working timeframe. If you experienced a specific issue that we are unaware of, please reach out to our support team directly so we can review it.
