I’m convinced the positive reviews here are misleading. My experience was a nightmare. They took my documents and my payment, and then communication went dead. No updates, no callbacks, and no visa. This service is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and use an official channel or a reputable agency instead."

The price advertised on their website is a total lie. Once you start the process, they demand extra 'hidden' fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I asked for a refund due to this lack of honesty, they completely ignored my emails. They lure you in with low prices and then trap you. Absolute waste of money.

The whole process was smooth and easy!
The whole process was smooth and easy. It was difficult for me to send my passport since I am traveling out of the country this Saturday, however, I was told by one of the Visa Hero reps that I would get it on Monday and guess what? My passport with the Chinese was here today Monday 4/27/26 early in the morning!!! Great service!!

Choosing VisaHero was the right choice
VisaHero made the job of getting my Chinese visa simple and pain-free.
At first I thought I'd just apply for the visa myself. But then I didn't have time to fiddle with getting the required photo with precisely the right measurements, I couldn't find my old passport with my previous Chinese visa, and I didn't have the flexibility to make an impromptu trip to the nearest consulate (2 states away) to submit my passport in person.
I found VisaHero through an online search and thought the solid 5-star rating was either amazing or too good to be true. So I called, and even though it was after hours, Panda picked up immediately. He answered my questions, offered solutions to the photo and previous visa issues, and also provided reassurance and a timeline. So I decided to move forward with VisaHero.
It was the right choice. VisaHero's service lives up to their 5-star rating. Their online submission procedure is straightforward and took me just a few minutes, I was able to get an immediate response to an additional question via their live chat feature, and communication via email, text, and their online account portal kept me well informed. Now, just 2 weeks later, I have my new Chinese visa in hand.
I am very satisfied with VisaHero and I am adding my own 5-star rating to the list. I will definitely use VisaHero for any visa needs I have in the future!
