Due to silly mistake by mistyping passport number, my mom was refused to board the plane. Next plane was in 11 hours.

Wow! These guys really delivered! I has not applied correctly for a Vietnam Visa and was in Kuala Lumpur. Texted these guys on a holiday (Lunar New Year) and they responed within 5 minutes, answered questions and we began the process for an expedited Visa. Sure enough, 24 hours later I had it, PDF version and everything needed. Plus, prior to receiving it they kept me informed of the process. Absolutely would use them again. Highly recommended for responding quickly and effectively and efficiently! I should add that this all occurred during the major Vietnam Holiday when virtually everything is closed.

I purchased an express visa while at the airport and on very limited time to catch my flight. After waiting sometime, they demanded more money. I refused and manage to find another company, almost missing my flight. They charged my credit card without my permission and I had to do a fraud dispute through my credit card to get my money back. Trust pilot removed my previous review because the company did not like it.

Please note the business response where, instead of offering to fix the problem, they THREATEN me for posting my review. This is the type of business they are. I do not owe them anything, but, as a courtesy, I'm forwarding the e-mail exchange in regard to the unauthorized credit card charge -- e-mails that they already had as they are with the company itself. The e-mails state they cannot give me the service for which I paid, emergency, & try to get me to pay for immediate service. I repeatedly say cancel and they still charged my card. I got my visa from another company for much less money.

Got charged 300 USD extra to get my visa on time. Friend who applied 2 days later got it on time without the extra charge. Avoid this service as there better ones that don't rip you off.

I need to correct my bad comment about this company as I applied for visa online and dodn't read carefully its viso on arrival. My big apologies for bad note previously.

Got my Visa on Arrival via visaonlinevietnam and it worked very well.
Have to share that I went to Vietnam a year ago and wasn't aware that I need to organize my visa prior to arrival. Was a nightmare and I almost got sent back. Ended up paying some runners at Ho Chih Minh Airport USD60 to get into the country and wasted 3+ hours at the airport!
This time I organized it online, paid my dues of USD18, got all the paperwork within a few days via email, arrived at the airport and had my visa in my passport in less than 10min. Immigration charges you another USD25 in cash on the spot for this.
