Very responsive and excellent service as well as great rates. Nick Marrone is very instrumental in explaining all the process and response to calls/emails right way. He also followed up the entire process to ensure closing should be done on time. I would give him 5 out of 5 for the great customer service. Angelia Rivers and Mark Davila did the great job for loan processing. Throughout the entire process, I was feeling I am also part of the Visio team. Great work!

We urge our borrowers to provide as accurate numbers as possible to avoid fluctuation in fees and rates. I have dealt with several banks and lenders, all who tell you one thing up front and then the deal changes part way through or worse yet, upon closing. This is NOT the case with Visio! I worked with Trey H. who was super easy to work with! He was VERY quick to email me and answer my 100s of questions! He was patient and thorough. I never felt out of the loop. I have now made Visio my go to lender for all of my future purchases and transactions. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

At the end of the day Visio did help me…
At the end of the day Visio did help me get a loan , they did stay in communication with me all the way in CT . I actually would used them again even though some of my investors friends may of done a deal differently. I realize every deal is unique, and Visio did get me a loan on a rental property that is making a positive cash flow ! I couldn’t be happier. I would use them again .
