Empty Promises and No Refund
Empty Promises and No Refund
My experience with Visits Visa has been extremely disappointing.
I paid USD 279.00 for a Saudi Arabia visa service in March 2026. Despite advising the company of my travel date, the visa was only issued after it was too late for me to travel. As a result, I missed my planned journey and immediately requested a full refund. The company acknowledged my complaint and agreed to process the refund.
More than five months later, I am still waiting.
Since March, I have sent more than 35 follow-up emails and have repeatedly been told that my refund is:
"Being processed"
"Under review"
"With finance"
"With legal"
"Escalated to senior management"
"Being treated as a priority"
Despite these constant assurances, I have never received:
The refund itself
A refund transaction reference number
Proof of payment
A settlement date
A substantive explanation for the delay
The responses are largely repetitive and appear to be template-based. Multiple representatives have promised that finance, legal teams, or senior management would contact me directly, yet nobody has ever done so.
Summary of Key Issues
✅ Visa delivered too late to be useful for the intended journey.
✅ Refund requested on 13 March 2026 and repeatedly acknowledged by the company.
❌ No refund received after more than five months.
❌ No transaction reference, payment confirmation, or proof of refund ever provided.
❌ Numerous promises of contact from finance, management, and legal teams that never materialised.
❌ Repeated generic responses instead of factual answers to straightforward questions.
Because of the company's failure to provide either the refund or evidence that any refund has been processed, I have had to pursue a chargeback through my bank and raise complaints with the relevant authorities.
A refund of USD 279 should not take more than five months to resolve, particularly when the company has repeatedly acknowledged that the refund request exists.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider other providers.
