SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
The only concern I have is that they are polluting the planet with thier very poor products. I'm probably going to have to bin them because they are yet to respond for a return.

I ordered a pair of walking boots back in November 2025. I immediately noticed that I ordered wrong size so I asked them to change the size. I was told that I couldn't change the size because the order was already dispatched. I immediately asked for a return label as I could not put size 7 feet in size 3 boots. I never received a return label and after numerous emails I am still waiting. So I am writing this review in order to protect people from this company.

I selected 1 star as I couldn't select any lower.
The quality of the shoes is appalling, with marks inside; everything is man made with poor stitching and in general the product does not resemble the picture.
The sizing isn't correct, I have reported the company to the authorities, although, just me won't make a difference, I am sure if others would do the same, hopefully, vitafeet will stop trading.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I would give a minus score if I could. I ordered a pair of sandals which weren't cheap and never received them. After numerous emails I'm still waiting for a refund. There is no contact number so it's impossible to speak to anyone.

I'd prefer to give zero, but that was not an option. Shoes of poor quality and needed to return. No response from them after numerous emails to the support address. I sent 6 messages since 3rd Jan.

I ordered boots last year and they haven't come. The company haven't responded to repeated requests to return my money.
This appears to be a scam company and should be investigated by the authorities.

I would give zero stars if possible. I too ordered non slip boots in size 7.but size 6 sent also when I was asked to confirm my order they sent another pair so I am out of pocket by £99. Ive e-mailed them every night since I received Boots last week asking for details on address to return them but no response. There is no telephone number and no paperwork with order. Do not buy anythi g from them as Boots are not worth themoney. They are.jyst taking money and laughing at us!!!

Do not purchase anything from this site not true to size never respond to e:mails as I needed to return my non slip boots of £55 they are a disgrace they are not even worth £55

Being able to contact company as e mails ignored. Wrong size sent no tracking details NO RETURNS ADDRESS OR DETAILS. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS 2ND RATE NO SORRY 3RD RATE COMPANY I JOIN THE LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS WITH SAME COMPLAINTS!!!! THEY ARE A DISAGRACE

I strongly advise any prospective purchaser not to have any dealings with this company. I ordered a pair of waterproof non slip boots on the 23rd of November, 2025, through Vitafeet online website. I thought Id ordered x2 pairs, but bank statement clarified it was x1 pair.The transaction for 55 euros went through and is verified on a copy of my November bank statement which I attached to one of many emails I sent to Vitafeet and up to yesterday, they chose to ignore my emails. Finally, after weeks of them ignoring my emails, I got an email response yesterday saying they needed my order no. Having already explained how I inadvertently deleted several text messages over the holiday period, therefore I don't have an order no. So, they are fobbing me off from refunding me my money citing they need an order no.to deal with my query even though my bank statement shows a transaction went through to. Clearly Vitafeet lack professional consumer standards. Knowingly holding on to a mere 55 Euros speaks volumes about this outfit and using the pretence of needing an order no to do the right thing..buyers beware.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am still waiting to find out how to return boots. There sizes are wrong on website so sent a 5 instead of 6. I have been told my issue is at complaints but can't get anything further. So stuck with useless boots and can't get a reply. I notice they don't respond to comments on here either. I would never buy anything from them again. I really hope people read reviews in here before buying. Don't do it.

I ordered 'Elegant Winter boots - slip resistant & waterproof' at £55.00. I ordered a size 7 (on their website this is EUR 39). When they arrived I knew they were too small - EUR 39 is actually a size 6. I contacted them immediately where they insisted EUR 39 was a size 7 but agreed I could send them back. However to do this my enquiry had to be referred to the 'appropriate department' - this never happened, despite several further requests from me. I knew I only had 30 days to return but they just ignored the request. I never heard from them again. I have had no choice but to sell these boots on Ebay at a huge reduction and loss. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Ordered the slip proof winter boots .. packaging was a bag heavily wrapped in sellotape I have not attempted to open on feeling the boots from the outside they were small have sent numerous emails for refund to receive 1 stating they have transferred to the department .. They constantly send emails promoting their goods but don't seem to acknowledge the real emails

This product was advertised for feet relief. It actually fit around my ankle when I received it. I asked for my money back and still haven't seen a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this scamming company.
I didn't do a good job checking them out. I was just desperate to get relief from my nerve damaged feet.

They lied about the device in addition their phone number is not legitimate 1.866.697.4823 every time I call the number it rings twice disconnects and then says the number is invalid. I've tried to contact them via email with no response from them I am now trying to get my money back via my credit card company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT

I would not buy from this company again. Absolute waste of money. Picture looks AI generated. The goods themselves do not look like the photo. Boots took ages to come- not in a box but plastic package. I ordered a size 8. The boots that came were not an 8- more like a 6. I paid £55.

Ordered because they state on their website that they ship from the US with a 5-7 day delivery guarantee. THEY DO NOT. The products come from China and they are telling me that it will be at least one month before I receive the item. I am reporting them to the FTC, my credit card company (to get my money back) and our states attorney general's fraud division. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Despite requesting an update on delivery of my order by email. They haven't replied. They have my money but no goods and no idea when or if I will receive my goods.

Ordered boots wrong size sent,nightmare of a company to try to get replacement or money back ,now left with a pair of boots that are no good to me ,beware of dealing with this company

Their shoe sizes bear no relation to standard UK/EU sizes. Goods take ages to arrive (from China) and there seems to be no way to obtain a refund when things are not as they seem (see original comment). AVOID!
