I Love my red light. Got this brand since it was highly recommended by my Physical Therapist for decreasing pain and inflammation. I do notice I sleep better and my inflammation has decreased- I no longer get postpartum hives. I also noticed the swelling and pain in my hands/fingers have improved. I also love that I don't have to worry about EMF with this device too. I have the Pro version and it was surprisingly heavier than I expected. It's very sturdy. Definitely recommend! My whole family uses it now too.

Starting to use my vitalredlight more regularly. Seems to be having a positive impact on my pancreas and I’m looking forward to more updates after 30,60 and 90 days of use, more to come. I was diagnosed with late onset type 1 diabetes about 10 years ago but I have only been decreasing my insulin ive been able to go from 36 units to 14 units with meditation and other stress reducing methods. Vital Red Light uses the highest standards in regards to red and infrared light. I have had my red light for years now and I can’t start my day without sitting in front of it in peace! I have alopecia areata and using the red light has helped me so much and helped with my stress in so many ways! It’s so hard to trust the authenticity of all of the red lights in the market these days so I can’t imagine buying anything but Vital Red Light. So many of the masks and various tools on the market don’t actually have the correct voltage/ power and won’t give you the full benefit of the red light therapy which is why I always stick with vital red light items because I trust them. I have known one of the owners for over 20 years and have seen him work hard to get this business started and trust me when I say they use the highest most effective red light in the game! Everyone I know could benefit by using red light in their everyday lives. They are absolutely worth the investment as our health is always worth it!

I combine my Vita Red Light Therapy with use of the Sauna 3-5 times per week along with cold shower post each sauna session. This is how it goes... Work out about 1.5 hours per day. In the evening I go to another gym for the sauna. Round 1-15-20 minutes followed by a cold shower. Round 2 15 minutes, followed by a cold shower. Perhaps a round 3 which is about 7 minutes with a short cold shower. Come home and do 10 minutes of VRLT!!
