Def. a good company. Ordered from them for about a year. If they offered a GLP1 vitamin pack I would’ve stayed but instead switched to Nature Made’s GLP1 daily vitamin pack and have been doing very well on it.
I truly appreciate the quality of your products—they are the best I’ve ever used, and I love them. However, I have a major concern with the extra packaging option you offer. While I like that the pills are individually packaged, the design is extremely inconvenient. It’s the most frustrating packaging I’ve encountered for any product I’ve purchased.
If I don’t have something sharp to open the package, I end up skipping my daily vitamins. Over time, this means missing multiple days, which can lead to skipping an entire month or having to adjust my delivery schedule.
I strongly encourage your team to experience this firsthand: if every employee had to open 10 individually packaged pills per day for 30 days, they would quickly realize how impractical this is. Eventually, like me, they would stop caring about how great the product makes them feel because the effort to open the packaging—or finding something sharp besides their teeth—becomes a barrier to consistent use.
Your product is excellent, but the packaging design is causing users to skip doses and could reduce customer satisfaction. I have already expressed this twice in the past 12 months while I find another provider! Your team does not hear me

I am a new customer and have enjoyed my experience thus far. I did quite a bit of research before going with VitaRx and feel confident in my decision so far. I used Care Of before they closed and have been trying to choose a replacement company since. I have started the process for several companies, but none felt quite right for me. The daily vitamin packs make it so easy to include in my daily routine. I really like how this pack is primarily focused on immunity because I really want to try and stay healthy in the colder fall and winter months. I am already feeling the positive effects of the vitamins and appreciate VitaRx for putting together this awesome variety of vitamins for me. This pack makes it way more convenient than having to buy the vitamins individually. The vitamins are really easy to take too!
