In 2023, if a company chooses to take "4 to 6 weeks" to finalise an order, this piece of informations should be make extra clear, because it can be a show stopper for many customers.
This aspect, plus the lack of response to my first complaint and the fact that the automated response from the support system states that "Being a grouch will get you nowhere, and we reserve the right to refuse orders from grouches." made me choose not to buy from them anymore.

I’ve ordered Vite Ramen in the past and despite the longest fill times for orders I’ve ever experienced (~3 months waiting) the ramen is actually quite good if you cook it right, do not follow the instructions on the packages or the noodles will be tough and flavourless and you will be sad, instead when your water has started to boil add the noodtrient broth powder and flavour oil then add your dry noodles and cook for around 7 minutes, they taste much better this way. I’m leaving 1 star review because I’ve been waiting for so long for them to bring back the Beef Pho flavour only to find that their new formula has cinnamon in it, and I am very allergic to cinnamon, I also recently developed an allergy to onion and literally every single one of their flavours has onion or onion powder, leaving the only product i can buy from them being their naked noods. Disappointing.

Lacking customer service and long lead times for orders. They have good products but seems they are having some issues as I waited 3 weeks for my order to even ship and then the Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp had a 2 month expiration date from when I received it which is disappointing because this is something that I would normally keep in the frig as a condiment for about a year after opening. I emailed them and got no response. Anyway, good products but rather expensive and it seems they are having growing pains. Hope they work it all out or I doubt they will survive.
