The Counsellor was empathetic, professional and supportive to my needs. Online TEAMS appointments made it flexible around my job.

The experience was great because the platform is engaging and provides practical tips tailored for the user. I like the live engagement and particularly the focus on what potentially is wrong and could be fixed. All in all, I had find the experience a useful use of time.

I think it is great that the company provide this service for remote workers and it shows that they are being pro-active about peoples wellbeing. Providing such an In depth report is great.

Hi, the site was really useful, so easy to do a desk assessment. We had a vida virtual webinar for my company which was excellent, and gave me so much information on how to use the site, perform personal assessments in my own time and manage pain. Overall, it's an excellent tool and site to use for working individuals.
