Oplichters – weigeren uitbetaling, werken zonder licentie, en negeren klanten

Inmiddels heb ik meer dan een week geleden contact opgenomen via de e-mail.

Ik heb bij Viu Viu Casino een bedrag van €1.441,99 tegoed. Sinds mijn verzoek tot uitbetaling word ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd met copy-paste antwoorden van wat duidelijk een bot of slecht getrainde supportmedewerker is.

Ze weigeren een uitbetalingsdatum te geven, negeren directe vragen, en reageren enkel met standaardzinnen als “we sturen u een update per e-mail” zonder enige concrete voortgang. Zelfs na duidelijke waarschuwingen en het aankondigen van meldingen bij de Nederlandse Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), EU-fraudeteams en betaalproviders, blijven ze dit gedrag vertonen.

Dit bedrijf opereert zonder geldige licentie in Nederland, wat kan leiden tot boetes tot €4.000.000 en wekelijkse dwangsommen van €280.000. Hun houding – het vasthouden van mijn geld, het ontwijken van menselijke communicatie, en het weigeren van transparantie – laat zien dat ze niet te goeder trouw handelen.

Advies aan anderen: blijf ver weg van dit casino. Hun “klantenservice” is niets meer dan een scriptmuur die je verzoeken negeert. Uitbetaling? Vergeet het. Zodra je wint, veranderen ze in een onbereikbaar spookbedrijf.

Ik zal dit blijven melden aan alle relevante instanties en consumentenplatforms totdat mijn geld is teruggestort.

Blijf weg bij dit casino!

Not the best but it works

It is a weird website, but.. It does payout after 3 to 4 days i got my money. The deposit goes fast but the payout takes pretty long. The chat is with a bot, but you can talk to a normal worker. They help you but it is not always good. So yeah not the best casino website but not rigged.

DO NOT PLAY

Sadly, on the first glance this casino looks great. Lots of games and a great costumer support.

But after a few deposits i noticed the flaws. The KYC whas trouble and didn't go trough. They mostly only provide the worst version of games. The ones where you are not getting a lot of bonussen and RTP.
Doposits are just "missing"

After a while i did win. I wanted to cash out a small amount of €200. That's was not possible because the deposit whas not yet "processed". After a few hours of waiting, the money i had on my account was suddently gone.

They say they will fix it but they don't do shit.

Then, the cherry on the flippin cake. It's like almost imbossible to let your account to be deleted.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS CASINO IS A FRAUD.

FINALLY GOT PAID, AFTER 3 WEEKS

I have changed my 1 star review to 2 atars because of the unbelievable fact that the casino has finally paid me! Whole amount received! Took them 3 weeks & me a lot of effort but we managed to get there.. EVENTUALLY!
