I have used these nail clippers a lot over the years but the last 2 orders I had a few pairs that weren't any good as the ends were bent or didn't close properly. My sister also had the same problem.... Voir plus

First Time Purchase with Viva: Happy Customer
This was the first time I had used Viva Instruments. They had a good range of products and were happy to provide some advice (quickly) by email. I was happy with both purchases and there were no problems with delivery. Success!

Nail cutters are fine
Nail cutters are fine, seem good quality with a superior spring and locking system, that both work well. I expected them to be a little larger but, no quibble.
Royal Mail delivery service was very poor -an email after 9pm apologising for non delivery, and then came on a Saturday when indicating, 'next working day' which is not explained anywhere. I was therefore out expecting a Monday delivery. If I was Viva I'd change the delivery service.

Well made and easy to use
Well made and easy to use. Safety clip was really difficult to release when I received the clippers and now the clip will not return to its lock position. The clip is too short.

Very disappointed with the cuticle…
Very disappointed with the cuticle scrissors I bought. They just pinch up the cuticles but don't cut at all. They have sent me a replacement that is the exact same rubbish. I won't be ordering from them anymore 😒
Edit! This company goes above and beyond to make things right, and customers happy. I've received another scrissors that is better than before. Customerservice is brilliant. I've changed my rating because of it.

Good Service and reasonable price
Good Service and reasonable price. The only problem is that the clippers required a a good deal of force to cut the toenails. I have reasonably strong hands, but they would not work for everyone.
