The actual color is completely different from the picture! The model picture shows a light pink color, but what I received was a dark orange color. It's completely unusable. The seller refuses to admit the problem and refuses to accept the return. This is so unfair!

Total scam do not purchase a thing from this website. I lost close to 162.00. They give you a tracking number UPS and it is not a good one. Then when you file a dispute with either or credit card or PayPal they provide a fake invoice that says delivered. With privacy laws UPS cannot provide any information to you and ask that you contact the merchant. No reply and non working number.

I just completed a review of a scam company that I found on Instagram. I was lamenting why I fell for it when I remembered that recently, I also "fell" for this company. Honestly, I had such a great experience. The one problem is their confirmation went to Spam. However, when I called, I actually received a REAL person who was able to confirm my order was coming. I received the order within 3 weeks of placement and it was correct and high quality. I use my sweatshirt and t-shirt all the time. They've held up in our washer and dryer. I hesitate to leave a good review because I'd feel so bad if someone read this, ordered, and had a bad experience, but honestly, this company was legit!

This site is definitely a scam! I ordered an autumn dog breed hoodie and T-shirt more than a month ago. I was suspicious when the money had been deducted from my account but I was not emailed an order confirmation! I cannot email any complaints because there are no contacts! Anyhow £60 down the drain and no items! Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered a fall husky and a Christmas husky shirt, received two Christmas ones and no fall. Cheap shirt and cheap printing. When I went to their page to complain it wanted an order number which I never got . Don’t bother ordering

Once I got my shirt I noticed there was a hole in the front where the screening had been placed over the hole. This was easily noticable on the shirt. Cheap tshirt. Sad to say but I did not get to wear my shirt when needed and I still have no information on a replacement even though I have contacted the company twice. I was told to keep the shirt and I would be contacted shortly. I will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered a t-shirt after seeing an ad of Facebook. I never received an confirmation or shipment notification email from them. Once the shirt arrived, the color was not at all as they described it and the picture is blurry. The wording around the picture was also blurry and not defined, overall it just looks very sloppy. What a disappointment.

Estafa! Cuidado. Llevo 1 mes esperando, ni paquete, ni factura ni número de seguimiento! Y por supuesto me lo han cobrado! Hasta que no llegue desde luego no cambio la opinión, por, por lo menos ha llegado!

This is the definition of a scam site.

Worst Customer Service Ever!! Stay away!!!
Even after sending several emails there was no reply! No confirmation of order, and no ability to change the item. I ordered two of the same item but needed different sizes and their ordering page defaulted back to the smaller size!
Complete waste of time and money!!!

I ordered 2x t-shirts for a special occasion, as a gift, because it specifically said that they would arrive in 5-8 working days. However, they arrived over a month after ordering, and even when I was trying to email the customer services, to ask about the parcel or trying to cancel the order, no one would reply or update me on the status. The thing is, that as they were 2 identical shirts, which I ordered for a party as a fun thing, they are not really relevant anymore, as they ended up arriving that much late. I wish Vivatee would have done what they promised, now I'm left with 2 identical useless T-shirts and a really bad VIvatee experience.
