Misleading information. When I made the booking on their site they confirmed that my baggage allowance was 23kg, but that was not true after checking with the airline. I had to pay additional fees due to this error and vivavivu did not want to rectify their mistake.

We are in the middle of our Vietnamese trip. Just finished in the north. I can only say good things about this company. Our contact, Lan, did any excellent job organizing the whole tour. Our local guide and driver were wonderful. Everything was on time. Sunny knew we loved to take pictures so he found the best places when the opportunity presented itself. Our driver was excellent on the foggy days when we drove up into the mountains. He took it slow and easy.

Never use this travel agency. It is a scam with a lot of extra charges and will not take accountable of their own mistake. Stay away from this company. Just use other travel agency not this one, SCAMMER

Scammers, stealing money from its customer, while “rebooking” the new flight and charging way more for it. So ridiculous

I had a terrible experience with this ticket reseller. If you ever get into a dispute with them you can expect to lose 100% of the time. Know that they add a huge commission for doing the booking - which incidentally can be easily done on the actual airlines website instead of this resellers site

My husband and me just came back from Vietnam and Cambodia tour yesterday. We had a great experience from beginning to end in our tour, because Mrs Hoai from Vivu travel did a great planning for us. Our trip was 17 days she carefully booked all the flights, hotels, Visas and transport by road. Our tour guide in Hanoi Mrs Trinh was very active and explained everything and helped us take pictures in very important places. Mrs Silen in Siem Reap was very kind and explain everything for us. We learned a lot from them .They both was there from beginning to end. Mr Nam in Saigon was good too. We are happy because everybody helped us our tour a safe one. Mrs Hoai thank you very much for sending a guide at the last moment to the Airport, that made us worry less. I will recommend Vivu travel to my friends .

Vivavivu is a Vietnamese flight discount seller. I used them to book a flight from Hanoi to Canada and had no problems. I appreciated very rapid customer support. Also, they allow Vietnamese payment options, like you can pay in cash at a local vinmart, as well as usual credit cards.

I had one issue and the vivavivu (my mistake with wrong passport info), and I was surprised by how easy it was to contact and speak with a customer service representative.

Booked at this site cause I had a discounted code. I like the lady who helped me book my tickets to Bali. It was a secret anniversary gift to hubby and he loved it!

I booked several tickets with them via Sky scanner. I had to change the flight's date and time- but wasn't able to contact the airline customer support. I ended up contacted them and they helped me! the lady named Trang was great- just ahead up that they will charge the service fee if you change the flight's date and time!

Don't trust this 3rd party company.

I booked a flight with them in March 2019 and the airline the flights were with went bust. The airline said I had to get the money back from the 3rd party company i booked the tickets with. I have been emailing Vivavivu back and fourth and I always get the same response that they can't process the money. Initially they gave me a 3 month waiting period but now they are not giving me any clear information whatsoever, meaning I will probably never see that refund of around $250. It has been 6 months since i bought the ticket.

There is nothing transparent about this travel agent company. Everything thing is hidden and you need to call up the customer care whose primary language is Vietnamese.

I booked a Malindo air ticket with this company.

1. The airline PNR was not given in the E-ticket. I had to call them to find out. (They charge 1usd for 2 minutes even if you are on waiting)

The reason why they are not transparent about airline PNR soon became clear.

2. Baggage was not added in one of the connecting flights.
I found this only when I entered airline PNR on the Malindo website. It was not mentioned in their E-ticket.

It was fortunate for me to go through all this and check that. Otherwise, my luggage would not have been allowed at the last minute at the airport.

And what if you don't have money to pay for extra luggage at the airport which is always very expensive?

3. They lied to me that the Malindo office is closed on the Vietnamese holiday and asked me to call back after 4 days. And pay money to add luggage.

I strongly advise not to book a ticket with this company if you prefer transparency and good customer care.

They are an OTA based in Vietnam.

I had a surprisingly good experience with them and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I had a question and was able to call them and get someone on the phone instantly with a competent English speaker.
